The orange flower you are not sure what it is … Asclepius tuberosa common name “railroad Annie” A relative of milkweed. Attracts butterflies and as Doug mentioned, hummingbirds. It is in a great location, likes sun. Enjoy!

They have a landscape glue for masonry it's waterproof and it's strong comes in tubes and you can put it in a caulking gun we use it for pavers stick-on Stone stone walls

You two youngsters crack me up😊. I'm a fan of two-part epoxy.😊 when I was 50 I had a fast car and it was named Rambunctious 😅
Get some permabond. It’s a 2 part epoxy used to glue car parts together. You have to clean the rock good and the epoxy mixes in the straw. But that stuff holds almost as good as welding.

Time to buy a live trap for the raccoons. I’ve caught 7 this yr and 2 possums. I live right next to the river so we have a bunch.
Use liquid nails, the permanent stuff, it work's well. I ran a buisy cemetery for ten year's, and we used liquid nails to put cement and granite benches and memorials together. We used brass threaded rod in the pre drilled holes, and then caulked some liquid nails in the holes, and then put a bead a couple inches from the outside of the bench, put some liquid nails in the holes for the top portion of the bench or memorial, set them together, and it didn't go anywhere. I live in michigan, and the cold and frost never affected anything. I have stuff from 2002 that is still sealed with liquid nails, so i would say it holds over time. The bandits struck me last nite too. Had first 4 ripe tomatos ready to pick this morning but they stole them. Left one half eaten on the vine. Left no finger prints. I feel your pain😂
There is landscape adhesive in caulk-tubes so it can be used in a caulking gun. That should do the trick. I have bought it at Lowe's
Doug should use PL Premium adhesive comes in like a silicone tube it's amazing stuff

Oh boy, you two had me laughing from the gitgo when DOUGO was referenced to as Douglas....😁. The little chip in the corner, looks like you would be ok just taking a concrete saw and cutting the length (just a couple of inches) for a straight true edge, hardly noticeable afterwards and would look like it was made that way. Everything looks good.
Just a side note, if you have a racoon problem, mix up a solution of 50/50 red vinegar and water in a sprayer and spray the area with it. Racoons hate the smell of vinegar.
