Spaghetti aside, the guy went out like a true champ. Even when things were spiraling out of control and beyond repair, he kept fighting the best he could. And when his time to leave came, he went so patiently.

I agree friend. But that's the system that table service and often times kitchens are built around therefore it's hard to change. And Karens such as the one you depicted are set in the French culinary and service ways.

Seems like the problem was that at Gordon's restaurants, he expects the entire table to be served at the same time. In some episodes I've seen him demand whole tables' orders be recooked so they can go out together. If their service was so staggered that one party was able to nearly finish their entree before the other got theirs, that would be a problem in Ramsay's mind. Sex isn't exactly relevant here.
