It’s a shame that Joy left, she absolutely was talented and it showed. Throughout the season, you could see that she struggled with communication, pressure, and criticism. This wasn’t the first time that her emotions got the best of her, but it was definitely the worst.
I feel Joy’s pain, I’m sad she felt like it was too much and threw her chances away because I can tell by her regret and her passions she could’ve held it together if she didn’t buckle. I hope where ever she is as of now, she’s found something good for her career she deserves it. 👍🏻

@@AlvinSeville1 ANDREW from Season 7 Episode 2, Yeah He's Should Be Mentioned, Although It's Unknown As To Whether He Was Eliminated During Dinner Service Or He Decided To Leave During Service
14:00 I feel Joy on everything she said. I love cooking and culinary , but would never want to put myself in a stressful miserable environment where I can't even enjoy my passion
It’s human to feel stressed out and pressured in competitions but everyone needs to understand that compassion comes a long way and it takes is “take a deep breath and think about what I just told you”. Forcing inevitable situations doesn’t always help. I feel like Gordon could also learn a thing or two.
I really like how Jeff quit. He tried. Failed. And when the snitch got on his back, he stood strong in front of Ramsey, and insulted him to his face. Stupid decision, but at least he showed some backbone in a show that basically exists to measure how much verbal abuse people can take.
Ikr, the show is supposed to be about cooking but the thing that really pulls in the audience is Gordon's ways to insult people For the audience it's entertainment For these poor souls it's literal nightmare, i can't blame any of them for leaving
They signed up to be verbally abused. Anyone with a modicum of self respect would never put themselves through that shit. I wouldn't let anyone talk to me like the way Gordon rips into these people, I don't give a fuck how much money or awards or whatever he has. That's why it always amuses me the few times people stand up to him, because to me it means they realized that being on this show just isn't worth it.
I really felt for Joy! She’s very right, cooking in an environment that’s always angry instead of enjoying the process ….. it would definitely cause a person to break! The person that loves you the most is always the hardest on you is such an incorrect statement, there must always be a balance!
😂😂 Larry faked that 'medical' issue. He couldn't cut it so in order to not look like the quitter that he was, he claimed his body had shut down, yeah right. He totally failed in the challenges and during dinner services. He couldn't handle all the hard work, he thought it was going to be all fun and games.....then he got a dose of reality so he had to find an easy way out.
Ofc he would, gordon realizes her talent thats why he was chasing her when she walked out. That's why joy was questioning herself if she should come back as she should have.
I like that when Dani walked out one of the other contestants brought up the fact that its Ariel on the line too if the service goes poorly, very rarely do contestants think of each other
Simone knew that she couldn’t let her team fall. You can hear the pain in her voice when she knew deep down she couldn’t stay in hell’s kitchen. That one pained me the most.
I love Joy, she just can't function without a good support system and Keisha leaving was the final straw. She was so close but she just couldn't handle the mental fatigue of it, especially when she doesn't have a friend that builds her up.
@@AlvinSeville1 I mean its obvious that it's a mental illness issue, especially when you see the difference between her with her friend versus without it. I don't think it's fair to blame her for reactions that are fundamentally out of her control.

Anybody saw Season 7, episode 2? Don't remember the dude's name, but he walked out. When the Jean-Philippe told him many would love to walk in his shoes, he told him he could have his shoes and walked out.
It is said he thought Ramsay kicked him out.
@@AlvinSeville1 ANDREW from Season 7 Episode 2, Yeah He's Should Be Mentioned, Although It's Unknown As To Whether He Was Eliminated During Dinner Service Or He Decided To Leave During Service
@@davidfearis7335 Gordon told him to get out
@@ALLMETAL1970 In that case that one doesn't count as a Chef Walking Out of Hell's Kitchen

14:00 I feel Joy on everything she said. I love cooking and culinary , but would never want to put myself in a stressful miserable environment where I can't even enjoy my passion
Love Stan Lee munching on some food like a gerbil and watching all the chaos unravel
13:03 my reaction after seeing Spiderman: No Way Home
The fact that it's Stan Lee who says it makes this joke so much better 😂
aight but the sound effect and Jason’s face @ 12:50 🤣🤣
He was like: Wait… *WHAAAAATT?!?* 😳😱
with joy, i kinda get where shes coming from because she was trying to explain things to gordon and every time he shut her down
It’s human to feel stressed out and pressured in competitions but everyone needs to understand that compassion comes a long way and it takes is “take a deep breath and think about what I just told you”. Forcing inevitable situations doesn’t always help. I feel like Gordon could also learn a thing or two.
11:12 ok at this point Ramsay was trying to motivate him
I think they should do a compilation of Ramsey smashing salmon next
Wasn't it salmon that Ramsay smashed before automatically ejecting Gabriel in season 12?
Chef Andi's motivation was the best thing i have seen in this 3 years of watching fucking hells kitchen
I really like how Jeff quit. He tried. Failed. And when the snitch got on his back, he stood strong in front of Ramsey, and insulted him to his face. Stupid decision, but at least he showed some backbone in a show that basically exists to measure how much verbal abuse people can take.
Ikr, the show is supposed to be about cooking but the thing that really pulls in the audience is Gordon's ways to insult people
For the audience it's entertainment
For these poor souls it's literal nightmare, i can't blame any of them for leaving
@@karolclark791 I wanted to smack the glasses off of that big baby.
lmao no Jeff is a quitter. Kitchens are worse than this lol
Lol hell is litteraly in the discription of the show, they absolutely signed up for this
They signed up to be verbally abused.
@11:23
😂
You gotta give him props!
He didn’t back out, like most do.
Jeff should have said "I'm gonna say this to you, for the first and last time: you're an a$$hol3." 🔥
Teacher: Who started WW1?
Me: They can speak for themselves they know who they are
I know this is a reference and probably a joke but........no. they can't speak for themselves because they're DEAD.
@@youzettasonsofdigits1639 they can’t speak for themselves they know who they are
Poor Larry :( He couldve been so great if his body hadnt given up like that. Hopefully he can come back in a later season!
I doubt it. Currently, he's working for some cable company.
@@msbigdog1460 No one asked for your ridiculous conspiracy theory.

I really do have to wonder if Ramsay would've taken Joy back if she had just worked up the courage to talk to him.
Ofc he would, gordon realizes her talent thats why he was chasing her when she walked out. That's why joy was questioning herself if she should come back as she should have.
season 21 was so stacked with amazing cooks. i genuinely learned a lot for all of them
11:09 I'm going to finish the service because I'm not a quitter
*proceeds to leave the kitchen a minute later*
I wouldn't call these individuals who walked out "weak". It takes a particularly strong mind to be able to handle this kind of environment.
Simone certainly made Ramsay's decision easy.
I feel for Joy. She just got overwhelmed and needed a breather.
I cried when Joy left the competition. I was rooting for her so hard. She was my favorite of that season.
This is the compilation I’ve been waiting for
The look on Scott's face at 12:57 gets me every time bro
0:42 Ah yes chef mike. Who served packaged tortellini and packaged tomato
9:13 only Raymond managed to wear his chef uniform. He's like about to go to war
Haha you can tell he's had experience in the military
I love Joy, she just can't function without a good support system and Keisha leaving was the final straw. She was so close but she just couldn't handle the mental fatigue of it, especially when she doesn't have a friend that builds her up.
She certainly was not livin' up to her name when she quit.
You don't need a friend to build you up when you have true self-confidence in your abilities.
@@AlvinSeville1 I mean its obvious that it's a mental illness issue, especially when you see the difference between her with her friend versus without it. I don't think it's fair to blame her for reactions that are fundamentally out of her control.
@@kikren not blaming her, just stating fundamental self-confidence vs. dependency. Yes, her friend was eliminated the previous episode, but she was doing well in that service until she became overwhelmed.
12:38 is that stan lee?
Yes
Yep
No it's his twin brother...
If I can't have breakfast made by chef Ramsey first thing in the morning, I'll have the next best thing..
A Hell's Kitchen video. 😈🔥
I'd like to have a meal made by Chef Ramsay. The only thing I hope is he never expects me to help him. LOL
@@AlvinSeville1 yup! 😂
What the sous chef was telling Joy was absolutely 💯. Sometimes you can be your own worse credit.
The fact that Ramsay went behind Joy shows he really wanted her to turn around. But she let him down
Believe it or not. I do not think the contestants are always wrong. Jo is a perfect example of that
Really?! Wait gave it away
The foooking bitch was foooking raw! Where is her lamb sauce?!
Joy did all that "i never quit" talk before and she ended up quitting 😂 how ironic
12:10 is that Stan lee????
Yes, it is.
Simone sounds like such a sweetheart. I wish her well whatever she is doing now.
"The people are the hardest, are you in your life, are the ones who care about you the most." 14:34
Chef Andi 🤍
She suffers from Stockholm Syndrome under Gordon, as do the rest of his staff
Not necessarily true. Some people are assholes in a toxic way born from contempt.
exactly
Can you folks do a video on all the automatic ejections in Hells Kitchen...the ones where Chef Ramsay kicks the contestant out during service...aka SDR (Sudden Death by Ramsay).
Anyway, I believe it should be added.
Or perhaps scenes with pregnant woman in the seasons.
Josh: Why do I hear boss music?
When Joy left, that’s how Scott won Hell’s Kitchen. It all opened the door for him
I’ve been being watching this show all this week I barely knew it existed last week.🤣
Scott in season 12 talked back to Ramsay too. But joy shows what happens when you take it wrong
9:39
Wow, Gordon did sounds so relax and respectful
That's scary
I love the part at 13:10 Gordon walks through the door like a fuckin Dark Souls boss 😂😂
TH-cam: “We noticed you haven’t watched a HK video in a while, how about this one”
Me: “Sure if it’s a quick one”
*Proceeds to watch these videos for 7 hours
13:10 - So smooth with his foot.
Been there long.
At least Larry had a legit excuse. It's better to get medical help than to fail on the kitchen floor making a scene
Jeff im not a quitter literally 20 seconds pass and hes gone 😂😂😂😂😂
