When I cook I always use olive oil or abocado oil. I also put some olive oil in my pasta and of course in my salad (together wirh some lemmon). I also take every morning a teaspoon of olive oil woth some lemmon juice. I really love olive oil!❤
I don't care for Olive Oil and it can't be used in high heat.
Isn't extra virgin coconut oil even better? The Indians, South East Asians have been using it for centuries and they are very healthy!!👍

Isn't it amazing that the more we learn about poison foods the more your body tells you what you need....really . I can't handle the poisoned foods ....my body wants meat and veggies and fruits ....no more white sugar and white bleach foods ....
Olive oil is the Best
Olive oil shouldn't be used for high heat frying. Why not use tallow, lard or ghee? Healthy and tasty. Seed oils are massively processsed.

You can also Google:DIY olive oil.However Dr.Dean Ornish says there is more saturated fat in olive oil than canola oil.Canola oil also has Omega 3s.
