    You can release and activate more catechins (EGCG etc) from tea (green/white) by adding some fresh lemon juice to the freshly brewed tea. I buy 5 or 6 lemons squeeze out the juice and place it in individual ice cube trays. When I brew my tea I add an ice cube of lemon juice to my tea.

      Tomatoes from the can are very harmful. The acid in tomatoes causes the aluminum to leach into the tomatoes, which is very bad for you. Also, most cans are lined with a chemical called bisphenol A (bpa) which is a hormone disruptor. You're better off buying tomato products in a glass bottle or the boxed tomato products

    Does the Vita D button mushroom trick require direct sun, without glass? Or will it work through glass? My understanding is that skin cancer is more likely if sun exposure is through the glass, because it lets UV through, but keeps out the healing wavelengths such as far infrared (which helps mitochondria and cellular production of melatonin, is anti-inflammatory, and cancer protective). In other words, I know sometimes glass is a factor in the benefits of sunlight. Mushrooms often prefer shade where they get more infrared (which penetrates leaves and clothing) than UV, to grow. I'm not a biologist, but my high school career counselor thought I should be one... But I like to design experiments, not watch mushrooms growing.

    Tomato thickens blood (not sure cooking makes a difference). If you have thin blood (type O) not so bad. Pineapple guava has more lycopene than tomato. As a blood type minority, I always want to know that the studies considered my blood type B immune response to food, because it does make a difference.

    • @chonlm
      @chonlm 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Ooh I can suggest you an incredible essential oil for your gastritis and kidney stones. These are incredibly potent and effective oil. Just by taking lemon and juniper berry essential oil your kidney stones will be gone in no time. My aunt had gall stones and nearly underwent surgery. She tried the oil and after 3 months the doctor couldn't find the stones. And for your gastritis there are many incredible oils like turmeric , fennel, oregano, lemongrass, peppermint essential oils etc... But be careful when buying oils. Most of these oils available in the market are not pure oils but adulterated so you cannot ingest it. Don't buy those, it will only harm you.
