Just tested on my PS4 Fat, and the results on Stray looks amazing. 40-45 fps. The games looks even better now. Miles Morales too. Some places with not to much to render gets 60, and something around 35-40 on web swing. Thanks for another excelente tutorial!
@@SCorpG22 Can't say for sure. I just applied only the patch for 60fps from the GoldHen app. The output is 1080p and looks like 1080p on the screen. Looks amazing.
@@danaplay4699 wich PS4 do you have? If you have the base model too, some games are already heavy to run, and the patch will not make any effect. FW without the patch is hard to stay on 30fps already hahaha.
@@kaorurou I've yet to see any footage of FW running at 60fps, even on a pro. I honestly don't know how it will be achieved without gimping the resolution.
I can't decide which is worse. Playing with 30 FPS cap or lowering the resolution to 720p to be able to play at 60 FPS. I am looking forward to a full PS5 JB so that we can use PS4 FPS patches at full resolution.

It kind of takes away the thrill I had when I bought a 9.00 ps4 pro just to play bloodborne again with 60fps. After 6 hours setting everything up, dumping and patching the update everything worked flawless, it just felt good. Anyway this is a totally awesome addition, since you can't use illusion's patches on pkgs with merged base game & update (e.g. Ghost of Tsushima Director's cut).
Hey guys, I am having an issue about applying the 60fps patch to DriveClub. I am running a 9.00 PS4 Pro, the game is EUR version CUSA003 and have the 1.28 patch installed, including the 999999999 DLC for this game. I've installed everything, updated the GoldHen Cheat Manager, I found the game (it even has a star next to the version confirming it's the right one), it says the patch is succesfully applied but when I exit the Cheat Manager and log into the game and race, it's still at 30 fps. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
This is baffling to me. Everything works EXCEPT the 60fps patch. Followed this exact, have all files copied to plugins, and for some reason it just will not work. Hopefully I figure it out eventually. Even tried with ItemzFlow and all patches EXCEPT 60fps load there too.
I backup my database 2 times before I install something. Dlc corrupt the database like crazy if they are small and install in rapid succession. The python script is a solution in a pintch, but all your app sizes do not get restored and dlc gets all lost. Had to format and reistall 188 games manually with patches and dlc. For things in your external drive, they will get rebuilt by just disconnecting hd and reconnecting it. Just let it rebuild the database. Somehow it rebuilds it even when it's all fpkgs, complete opposition of the internal drive ...
Man it's a pain I am putting all my important stuff like games and file browser on my external drive I'm not trying to do that again lol i am wondering if I can put another HDD in there and format it with 9 if my old HDD will work still so I can have two one for back up because I tried backing up by iso and all that but PS4 still wants to format my drive.
@@bigbank7350 you can copy, but just two software allow it, it copies byte by byte. There is a tutorial either from modded warfare or another guy, remember seeing it.
Hi, can someone tell me if it works with GoldHen 2.3? With GoldHen 2.2.5v9 I've tried it with Assassin's creed liberation HD, and it worked. With GoldHen 2.3, it doesn't work anymore. I've tried with GoldHen cheats manager too, but it doesn't work too. Could someone help me please?
Im on PS4 Pro 6.72 + GoldHEN 2.3 + Latest GoldHEN Cheat Manager but with no luck .. it wont work .. tried to patch Sonic Frontiers and Bloodborne but to no avail all patches wont work .. i've triple checked all the process but no .. :( ... i wished illusion didn't discontinued the old method of making 60 FPS .. i can see many of here got patch issues after updating to GoldHEN 2.3 .. that makes sense that GoldHEN 2.3 got a problem .. Godspeed for a fix
im havving problem installing this i did every step in order and it is still not working and it notice that every time I go into the cheat manager it always shows up (new version available! Download update?) Even tho I have updated many times it still asks any fixes
I tried it with GTAV on my PS4 Pro. But it changes nothing. The intro is still showing (the police sirens) and it's not smother than before. Than I tried to modify it manually with pypatch and created a new update pkg but its exactly the same. I think that GTAV on PS4 Pro already runs on a high framerate and the patch just blocks framedrops 🤔
No way, it's you! But yeah wouldn't that be great? Would mean playing it at 720p, the game already has hybrid resolution, you can notice things blurry out in busier scenes, even when opening the inventory and other menus, it's like everything has LODs set so low, but at least the game doesn't stutter.
I'm pretty sure new the Goldhen is causing the dB corruption, took me forever to reinstall all my pkg, random dB corruption all over the place. Back to 2.2.4, I never had dB corruption for years, now all of a sudden its one on 3 packages I try to install... Also, database restore is really flaky, have to restarts 10 times and redo the restore to get it to populate again sometimes.
@@godsendian8229 activator? Not even sure what that is? Everything has been working fine for years, only difference recently is the new Goldhen, fpkg trend to corrupt the database from time to time, it's random too, some time it works, some times it fails and corrupts the dB.

When updating patches it just says "No Files Extracted" and now the GoldHen folder in Xplorer (where we just created the plugins folder) is now completely restricted. I can't delete or upload anything to that directory.
@@illusion0001 9.00 and I can't really reproduce what I did because, as I said, the Goldhen folder is restricted even with full read/write permissions. I basically did everything ModdedWarfare did but I installed the cheats manager through Xplorer to avoid corrupting the database. Also cheats manager updates cheats just fine just not patches.
So, even on a PS4 Pro, I can't play 1080p 60fps because Bloodborne is so shittily optimized? That's sort of lame, but these patches will bring a breath of fresh air to the scene so that's awesome! While I understand your point, by that logic Dark Souls 3 wasn't meant to be played at 60fps, but still got a patch to unlock the framerate. The fact that some fan of the game took time out of his life to make 60fps reality shows you that FromSoft could have done the same thing. There are plenty of games that were "not made to run 60" but are just locked at 30fps and are perfectly capable of higher frames. Persona 5 Royal is a good example of this. I will never understand why people defend 30fps in 2022.

The Brazilian fandub version of Bloodborne is not supported yet for those patches. That dub patch it's on the European goty version. I hope some dev read this and fix it :(

Same. I solved with this workaround: via FTP renamed the "goldhen/patches" folder (yes, even without write permission I could rename it). Then re-created again the "patches" folder granting write permissions to all (owner,group,public). Then restarted the cheats manager app and it worked.
Do you know if there's any way to get PS4Waker linked to a PS4 that's had a Jailbreak done to it. Obviously, you cant sign into PSN because the firmware is too old.... and you cannot get into the > "Mobile App Connection Settings > Add Device” menu.
I am having issues running any patch for Bloodborne GOTY on Goldhen 2.3 (released recently) running on a base PS4/9.00, it just won't show any applied patch running after Goldhen Cheats Manager. I have followed all the same steps. Do we need to wait for the mods files to be updated now or something? Has anyone else faced the same problem?
I'm having the same issue. PS4 Pro, FW 9.00, Bloodborne GOTY 1.09, GoldenHen 2.3 via Kameleon, and I still can't get any patches to work for Bloodborne. Going to try another game as soon as I get it converted to not needing a disc to see if that works.
@@Wulfegang how did you moved those plugins files to your console? You're gonna need to use SMB/FTP manner to transfer those files in order for the PS4 program to recognize it. I have the patch working at my end now. Thanks to the official patch creator whom I contacted and shared all snapshots and videos with. He analyzed and showed me the solution, which I told you above.. I hope you know about FTP stuff 🤞🏻 Good luck.
I have a PS5 the launch one on FW 4.00 & bought new one on FW 4.50. Do I trasfer my data to the new one and keep the old one for JB. Or keep the new one for JB?
Is there a best solution to deal with corrupt databases?, since I installed this goldhen cheat, I got a corrupt database and it happens many times every time I want to install a game, I already initialize full/quick but all that doesn't help, every time I install a few games , again database is corrupt, and it happens again and again, is there any solution for this?, I'm really dizzy thinking about it, please help sir.. With a normal PS4 standard model and FPS patches you can run most of the games until 60fps and 1080p.
But some games just Up between 40-45fps

@@khalidjy7110 Yes on PS4 Pro 60fps patch runs only smooth with 720p. But with a JB PS5 you can run 120fps with upscaled 4k I think.

I would love to see this patch tool for PS2 games on the PS4. There's something similar on the PS3 for PS2 ISO backups using Managunz.

always remove the drive with activator if you have the 9.00 it wont even boot if it is in

when i update GOLDHEn Cheats Manager database it's says no files extracted ?. then nothing on patches . any advise appreciate

Same. it just says "No Files Extracted" and now the GoldHen folder in Xplorer (where we just created the plugins folder) is now completely restricted. I can't delete or upload anything to that directory.
Same. I solved with this workaround: via FTP renamed the "goldhen/patches" folder (yes, even without write permission I could rename it). Then re-created again the "patches" folder granting write permissions to all (owner,group,public). Then restarted the cheats manager app and it worked.

Do you know if there's any way to get PS4Waker linked to a PS4 that's had a Jailbreak done to it. Obviously, you cant sign into PSN because the firmware is too old.... and you cannot get into the > "Mobile App Connection Settings > Add Device” menu.

Not me Buying a ps4 pro and modding it so I can play bloodborne in 60fps with anti aliasing because Sony refuses to just fucking release it on PC
I am having issues running any patch for Bloodborne GOTY on Goldhen 2.3 (released recently) running on a base PS4/9.00, it just won't show any applied patch running after Goldhen Cheats Manager. I have followed all the same steps.
Do we need to wait for the mods files to be updated now or something? Has anyone else faced the same problem?

I'm having the same issue. PS4 Pro, FW 9.00, Bloodborne GOTY 1.09, GoldenHen 2.3 via Kameleon, and I still can't get any patches to work for Bloodborne. Going to try another game as soon as I get it converted to not needing a disc to see if that works.
@@Wulfegang how did you moved those plugins files to your console? You're gonna need to use SMB/FTP manner to transfer those files in order for the PS4 program to recognize it. I have the patch working at my end now. Thanks to the official patch creator whom I contacted and shared all snapshots and videos with. He analyzed and showed me the solution, which I told you above..
