I like how the whole map is loaded so you can actually do this. Some games literally don’t have the next room loaded until something happens and even unload the previous room
RE: Village is an example of this. If you skip anything, it will simply not load areas or play other events necessary to progression, like skipping talking to the Duke before heading to House Beneviento will cause the elevator to the area to keep going up eternally, and collecting every mask in Castle Dimitrescu without killing the daughters freezes the game once you try and trigger the Lady boss fight.
It was far more common in similar type games of the past, a lot of older games would have a check on recurring bosses, so doing some artistry of this kind would mean you'd skip the same boss for the rest of the game.
I dont know why but only this Resident evil 2 Game have this feature only makes this an Out of bounds most cool game to have this! Im really glad this is a thing

I think the reason why Birkin still able to throw things at Leon is because the game made the Boss AI automatically lock on The Player's position, regardless of their state (on the ground or above)

You know, this is low-key remarkable. RE2 and RE3 remakes are *incredibly* well put together from a technical aspect. When you skip triggers, the game largely doesn't chug or crash or even seriously glitch out. It just keeps going, chuggin' along as if you didn't just fuck it's continuity or game logic.
This is my first time playing re2 remake. I barely have any bullets for Birkin in the underground lab. If I use a mod for more weapons/bullets, do you think the game will still go by smoothly?
This video just displays the amazing level design of this game. The graphics are superb also. Best RE remake ever. Sad that RE3 remake was weak but hopefully they can recover from that. Re4 and re5 didn’t look horrible enough to remake IMO although I’d like to see it, it’s just kind of unnecessary

Sounds like a great feature for a game, if the mc wants to spare a boss have them show up again as a added boss in the next fight, and if you spare both of them, have both of them in the third boss fight

Reminds me of when I played around with the noclip command in Call of Duty: World at War's Zombie mode. You can fly above them, sure, but they'll literally climb on top of each other to try and grab you. It was more frightening than the actual game.

I was really surprised when Birkin was able to throw stuff at you up in the air. I figured he would’ve thrown it at the direction of your position, but not up in the air to hit you. Awesome video!
It will be more interesting if the game designer expected the game to be modded like this and make a back up story / bad ending. At least completely different/alternative ending cinematic, that would be sick
