About Rener's intelligence. She is not smarter than Albedo or Demiurge or Pandora's Actor (who is also on their level), it is just that each one has fields they excel in. Albedo, as leader of the Guardians is specialized on internal affairs. Her backstory (which has been translated) also has a reference to a certain Chinese empress so it is no surprise she is so good at manipulating men. Demiurge is also a manipulator but of a different variety, he was assigned as head of Nazarick's defenses so he is good at predicting what others will do and dealing with foreigner politics. Pandora's Actor is, much like Ainz, a lateral thinker. He is able of looking at situations and problems from different angles and come up with unique solutions. Renner is a bone fide genius, she is able to process large amounts of data and obtain the info most useful. She is also able to temporarily use her levels as a genius as if they were of other classes, like when she swung Razor Edge and Climb was stunned by it, she used her genius levels to gain a few levels of sworwoman. Basically, Albedo is good at internal affairs, Demiurge is good predicting others, Pandora's Actos is good at coming up with unexpected solutions and may the best to deal with unexpected situations and Renner is able to quickly adapt and plan but maybe not so good as any of the others on their specialities.
The reason she could hold razor edge was because he had already begun changing into an demon imp from the seed. That's why cocotyus maidens told climb he was the last human in the throne room.

Quick explanation: We currently follow mostly the story of Suzuki Satoru. We hear his insight on matter and how he freaks about. Now first things first Suzuki Satoru is fairly smart on his own already. Not a genius like Demiurge or Renner but still quite smart. However the Guild of Nazarick was strongly into roleplaying, mainy as villians. And Suzuki Satoru was roleplaying as the Evil Master Mind of the Tomb. A all knowing nearly omniscient being with wisdom of thousands of years. And this is were Momonga comes in. The very undead avatar of Suzuki Satoru had a story attached to it. It does not make itself obvious but on occasion you see absolute genius moments from our dear bone daddy. That is his subconscious of Momonga acting. That is the being that has no issue with taking human lives while Suzuki Satoru tries to avoid unnecessary violence unless he has been angered. The best moments were you can see the subconscious Momonga at work is when ainz emotion suppression kicks in. In one moment he can be totally freaked out in the next he calmly understands the situation. Or when Ainz is lost in though randomly just so happens to spout out the best words to impress those around him. Make no mistake. Ainz is not just a super lucky pretend overlord. He is constantly nudged into making one master stroke after another. He is constantly guided down the most correct path. On a side note: The longer Ainz goes on the more he loses his humanity. Eventually over time all of Suzuki Satoru original mind will fade away and be slowly replaced by the Overlord Momonga he always pretended to be.
Something I find fascinating is how the NPCs adapted to their backstories as their definite histories, with Aura mentioning she's 76, while Sebas is younger than Tuare, seemingly because he didn't have anything in the backstory section, so I wonder how old he believes himself to be.

What is worse, the whole "I look like a little girl but actually am 300 years old" or "I look and act like a grown woman but I am not even in my teens". Another example of this is in the Young Justice cartoon, Superboy is months old when he started dating Miss Martian but both looked like teens. Miss Martian was 40 by the way.

That said, the Overlord job is considered a 'superior job' or 'world job' and supposedly only obtained by a handful ever. I doubt PA can copy that tier of Job since it comes across similar to Super magic in my opinion.

It is strongly implied that for Rubedo's creation a world item was used which gives her higher stats then normally obtainable by any player or NPC.
