Just found Jenny…I like the fact that she has experience as a physical therapist and has an MS …a lot of the very young influencers on YT for exercising so make up stuff as they go along that makes no sense and leads to injury. Im a 73 yo female and used to run a lot and did a lot of gym work with hardly any stretching so now my body is paying for it.
Excellent! I was just standing in the kitchen, and my ding went off. I just was able to stand in my kitchen and do the whole workout. No special clothes or equipment. Excellent!

I love this faster paced workout! It’s nice to work into a routine without the slow repetitions to learn a combo, then cut it down. By now, those of us who have been working with you for awhile know how to modify to suit our issues. A great workout in half the time. Yes please, can we have some more?
Jenny, I often go back to this when I don’t have time or energy for a longer one. It’s still a great workout! Would love more 30-minute full body / interval training. I appreciate all you do to keep us oldsters young and vibrant! Holly from Switzerland 🇨🇭
Thank you Jenny. I came back to your videos today. I told myself I was too busy teaching 1st grade and working out too. But I am 68 years old this month and don't want to fall apart because of health issues. So I am going to do my best to do at least the 20 minute workout 5 times a week. terry
Did this one again tonight- just the perfect way to end my day. I need to do it more often, as much as I love it. It has everything needed for a quick workout that really is fun to do and doesn't take up a lot of time. One of my favorites!

This was great workout. I honestly didn't want to work out but I needed to. I was going to stop at 10 min but after the 10 min I found myself pushing forward.

Loved the new 20 min beginnner workout. Due to injury and Covid illnesses, I feel I am starting over, (not quite from beginner but I can do this 2 times if I want.) loved the music and speed, the whole body feels good. I am calling this the “NO EXCUSE WO” as I can fit it in during the lunch hour or if I slept past alarm, or on vacation. Still see those commercials during workout even when in my membership but oh well, it’s worth it. Thank you.
Great workout! Thanks. I liked the variety. My one issue was the ones where you switched between singles/doubles a bunch and I felt that I was constantly going “WHAT?!”, but that may well just be me . Otherwise, I really enjoyed the tempo and variety.

I think l should have watched this all the way through before trying it. My balance is not good and l struggle keeping my legs and arm both move at the same time. I felt like l was working out for far longer than 20 min. I like the music it made a change from the music usually played.
