    Unfortunately, I can not answer all the questions below although there are over 100+ videos on fasting in my playlists.
    If you try the salts in water please air on the conservative side to how much salts you put in your water! I would start out with 2 Liters of WATER with 1/2 Teaspoons of the Salts to see what works for you. Be mindful. Thanks! 💛🤗

      Not too extreme at all! Thank you for sharing, I was wondering if you experienced any weakness or sleeplessness during the two weeks. Each time I start a very low carb eating plan I have trouble with sleeping

      Marie Martin Great questions! In the first few days I felt low energy and into the second week I had great energy! Its takes time to adjust but its all about the electrolytes to keep the energy up in the day. All the best! 💛💫🤗

      Deb Jax thank you for your comment. Yes a bit extreme although it is so flexible for everyone to try in a slower approach. The electrolytes in my water is what helped for hunger. Also the ACV cocktail as well! There were a couple of days to adjust to the intermittent fasting schedule but pretty smooth afterwards. 💛🤗

    I started OMAD ..did 5 days ...started 48hr fast ..my 3rd 48 hr fast...I finally got on the scale today.. I've lost 18lbs!!! ..I eat low carbs and don't over eat..no sugar, bread, rice, pasta. ..only water and 1 cup of coffee a day .. im so excited!!!.. I will keep going!!...tyvm 4 your expertise!!!

    Finally completed my first 40 hour fast recently after doing 28-20 hour fasts for the past 4 months. Lost 3 pounds on that 40 hour fast! What a boost . To me fasting is the only real way to really lose weight and feel great and its doable once you do it!

    Yes, this is extreme. Similar to the extreme measures I had to take just to get myself down to 132 pounds. But that's what it takes. We can't just do the same thing over and over again and expect to see results. I am willing to give this method a try. I can see how it would work..especially with the 48 hour fasts and breaking it with 500 to 800 calories omad. Switch it up so your body doesn't get used to one strategy.

    Your glowing skin and hair is my inspiration. I did OMAD in March for about a week. And I’ve been on and off, but will get back on again. I’m now a size 8 after being in Quarantine. Plus I just want to feel better.

    You have the exact same journey as me when it comes to fasting. I fell into a unhealthy mindset with fasting that I recently overcome after realizing the fasting lifestyle is how I've been living even when eating unhealthy. I finally cleared out my entire refrigerator and cabinets, got a personal trainer for accountability and fitness goals then finally locked down my system with Dry OMAD with a 2 hour hydrate & refeed. I feel like I've come full circle finding this channel. I'll definitely be subscribed for life! Thank you for spreading the word 💕

    Oh wow!! I so feel you. I live with my 70yr old mom who loves to cook. If I don't eat her feelings would be hurt. So here I am up 40lbs keeping my mom happy and myself unhappy and fat.
    I think i'll follow a modified version of this.

    I want to lose weight. Between pandemic and quarantine and then having a hysterectomy in March, I’ve gained so much weight. It’s hard to be as active as I used to be. Trying to just walk and do low impact stuff but I’m struggling because I also have eating disorder so I keep getting triggered trying to watch this. It takes me back to when I was depriving my body in an abusive and unhealthy way

    I will do my best to follow this for two weeks and I will update you all!
    I already started with the fast but I extended it to a 72 hour fast, on day one I ate an omad meal in the evening and ate in a ketogenic manner so I would have enough fats to keep me going. I then fasted until today june 6, and at this hour I‘m 62 hours in. As for fitness: I do weight lifting and strength training every two days starting from monday, on Friday I add half an hour Hiit and have the weekend off. So far I‘m guessing I only lost water weight and not really fat, but I measured my body before and I lost inches all over the place so I‘m pleasantly surprised! Whoever tries this, please listen to your own body, it will give you signs when you‘re reaching your limits. I already have a long history of intermittent fasting, water fasting and keto, so my body is relatively adapted. You may want to ease into this by first trying 16:8 IF and then doing a 24 hour fast after a week or so if you feel good. But if you have any health issues please consider checking in with your doctor first. I wish everyone the best, all the love.
    start weight (june 4): 60 kg/132 lbs
    weight post fast (june 3 - 6): 57 kg/125 lbs

    You have a great doable plan. I don't think it's too extreme. Your glowing health is proof. I need to make a firm decision and prep. I've done Omad and I tried to do a 48 hour fast. The hunger got to me. Maybe I wasn't drinking enough snake juice. I'll try it
    again soon. You're an inspiration.

    Hey sis very proud of you my normal weight RangED from 126-128 PRE MEDICATION now still trying everything to get back it’s been 3 years and still huge. I vegan since 2010. I IF 16:8 or 18:6 runner marathoner but I must say medication weight gain is a beast and now on top of the hot flashes lol get my point almost 56. I may give it a shot I have done 72 hours but it’s been long time. Keep up the great work and praying for you and your mom

    It's a great idea to have a variation of time tested weight loss regimens from intermittent to prolonged fasts.. the snake siet.... clean keto, ketobiotic, fat mimicking diet.. etc. And no, your diet regimen is not extreme.. it's healthy and very doable. Did a similar combination of healthy, proven fasting/ diet regimens and lost 22 lbs in a month from a weight of 123 to 101 lbs (I'm 5'2 and am 58 years old - so it can be done) I subscribed to your channel after learning about you on Greg's channel (Bible Flock Box) on his video about fasting... where I noticed you having a young healthly glow.. so it's great you are sharing you success story and encouraging others in their journey to enhanced health and a healthy lifestyle ❤💜💙

    This is excellent. Thank you Reg. I’m really enjoying your channel. I’m 95% plant based and over 40. Have lost 7 lbs since Fall 2020 and now working to lose all of the stubborn pounds from pandemic and just stress. I notice when I eat more water soluble foods it’s easier to lose weight. I like sweets too and treat myself to cashew milk or coconut milk ice cream or coconut milk yogurt in addition to daily fruits. Thanks again!

      Your gradual approach sounds good. If you consistently shorten your eating window over time, you will eventually reach your goal. Sustainability is power. You are on your way.

    I'm going to try this! Your goal weight is my goal weight. I am a shortie at 5'1" so 122-125 is perfect for me without looking too thin. Right now I am at 160! Yikes. I'm ordering myself some potassium powder ASAP.

    I think your plan might work for me. Ive done IF usually 18 - 22 hr most days for two yrs. i am plateaued. Uve inspired me. Going to start after my sec vaccine shot. Next week. Thanks for your details and wish me luck. Oh yes I lost 50. Im 5’ 7 and im 170. I was 162 last year but covid etc. No more delay. 20 off would be a good start.     I'm a fan of OMAD. I've lost 32 pounds in 2 months. The first few days of the first week, my husband and kids were in a bit a danger. I was grouchy and hungry. That's not a good combination. I eat one meal a day at 3:00 pm. The second week was MUCH better. Now, I'm not even hungry by 3:00 pm. Not to mention, since I'm only eating one meal a day, it's hard to eat too many calories in one sitting. So, I get full really quickly. I'm not keto, but I try to keep my carbs under 25 per day. (No bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, or sugar, etc.) And, I try to walk 20,000 steps a day. My hope is that doing at least one of those three things will help me with weight loss. But, maybe if I do all three...something has got to give. So far, it's working. Although, I'm 50, I feel 35 again. LOL.

    Thank you so much for this video. I just stared my ADF, today is my 5th day & im feel great. Once I hit a month I think I will try your method for the first two weeks in December, idk, I will see how I feel.     Thank you for your video. I am going to try it starting tomorrow. Ate my last meal around 6pm today. It was a low carb meal consisting of avacado, pizza slice made with almond flour. Dessert was hand full pecans with a few strawberries.

    I used to do a 36 hr fast every Monday. Really good benefits… think I want to start doing it again. I’ve never tried a 48 hr fast though.

    I get more excited with every video you post because knowledge is power!!! I’ve gone through similar issues that you’ve discussed so I know how hard it is to focus and stay on track! I can admit I’m overweight (although it really doesn’t look like it) it’s troublesome around the mid section and that is a danger area for me. That bloated look and feeling is not cute at all! So I’m here for every video!!!

    Hello Reggie thank you so much for posting The extreme intermittent fasting. I have a couple questions for you. how much water will you drinking a day? I know you said a liter is that a several litres a day or does it depend on how much your weigh that would be my first question and my second question is do you have any of your regime written out?     Thank you so much for the detailed regimen. I loved it and I’m going to try it from today. I will be drinking celery juice or cucumber juice in the morning though. I like the idea of having 600-800 calorie food on your feed day.

    Hey! I’m going to be trying this for a week and seeing how I feel throughout- I have everything except the potassium powder. Is there something else that I could use for a substitute?

      Madeleine hey there! If you are going through the Snake Diet protocol then there is no substitute for the potassium powder. As a regular faster, I enjoy squeezed lime/lemon with 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt in 12-16 oz of water and it is quite refreshing and helps me throughout the day. Let me know how you feel.     I’m on a day 3 of a extended fast. I’m aiming for 30 days minimum. I would only stop if I had extreme symptoms. I have all electrolytes ready. Salt, potassium, magnesium, even vitamins.

    You look great!!! As far as the "diet" it's definitely too extreme. We should have a minimum of 1,000 calories to get sufficient nutrients. I do 1200 calories a day and exercise 30 minutes - 1 hour daily to lose weight. 8-10 pounds can be shedded a month if done daily.

    Seems IF is not working for me., I ate Keto during the feeding period.. I’m on 16/8... my weight won’t budge🤦🏽‍♀️😅

      Honestly a lot of weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you’re consuming. While I like healthy fats ( I even drink a version of bulletproof coffee), I stay away from being completely keto - I always gain weight on keto because it’s so easy to overeat calories.

    I tried omad awhile back, but had issues because
    - I'm on birth control, which made it more difficult to do omad without feeling sick
    - I was doing HIIT workouts, and I don't think I was eating enough (I would eat after I workout and shower).
    That said, definitely think I'm going to try omad again thanks to your video! I'll do omad on the days I don't workout.

    Thanks for the info...if you need to lose 60 lbs how would you suggest doing this diet multiple times? Also you said eat fat, but I saw no fat listed in the foods you said you ate. Was the fat just in the meat you ate or did you add fat like Avocados to your 600-800 eating plan? Also, did you only drink 2 liters of water per day or can you drink 1 gallon per day? Thx!

      I mainly eat plant based and meat once or twice a week. Mainly Avocados a few times a week as well for the fat intake. Everyone is different for the weight loss outcome. If you have more to lose just continue to do 48 hour fasts periodically. This is an extreme regiment but taking your time is always a sustainable approach. I drank 2-3 liters a day but only needed 2 liters using the salts. If you want to drink more water its up to you, without the salts and see how that feels. Best of luck and remember to take your time. 🤗💛

    I love your nutrition and fitness plan! Not too extreme at all. Like most people during the pandemic, I had gained 40 lbs. I had lost before. So now I just had a wake up call from my doctor to lose weight (again), and since I'm dealing with Type 2 Diabetes and things are beginning to reopen, time to get back to business. No more excuses!
