Welcome. It depends on how you do your pages.
60 page protectors can fit into an album and if you just slipped photos into the pockets it would be fine and I've seen people get one full year into one album. Because I do both physical, digital and pocket pages, and I keep extra things like cards such in my album it is different for album.
