Late to the party but wanted to say thank you for the video. I play Icarus, one of the worse optimized games at the time on a Z1, with this guide I can actually use fairly high settings and still land around 50 FPS. I do get micro stutters and all but it's bearable to me as the device is taken across the country and sides my time on hotel tvs with a dock. For weeks I couldn't find any solution other than playing on straight potato settings and this was a magnificent change in the visuals for me. Thank you this video helped me alot! 🤘💯🍺
I can’t find the slider for variable refresh rate. I went to system display graphics, default, graphics settings, but I can’t see a slider. Mine just tells me to add an app.
Not into fps? They are referring to Frames Per Second not First Person Shooter. Everyone should be into more Frames Per Second because it makes your gaming smoother.
Hey there bro is this the same with FSR 3.0 ? Also with AMD AMFF will we get any kind of problems after installing it since its unofficial driver to the rog ally ? I randomly came across some videos on youtube they are installing similar to this driver but its from nvidia if im not mistaken. How is it compare to this amff ? *PS : Sorry for asking a lot bro , i’m not experienced with this kind of thing . I love my ally so much therefore i would like to add any improvements available 😁 I thankyou in advance 🙇
U shouldn’t get experience any major issue maybe some small bugs but ntn crazy! AFMF you can try it out see if it work for you, but there is some lag and it see it mostly when playing shooting games like COD. Some people it dont really bother them and you can always go back to Asus drivers at anytime

Hi, i play last epoch atm on my rog ally z1 extreme it runs with 55-60 fps but i have micro lags what can i do for better palying ? Would be fluid motion frames good for this ?
You need a better camera. And it’s so hard to keep track with you talking about so much extra crap. When you can’t even see the settings with the poor quality video
Poor quality? 😂 it’s 4k hdr 10 on a $1400 canon camera, I think you might have click on the button tht say 4k for u to watch in better quality. You only one tht ever said anything like this !

Deactivate everything. You onla get frametime issues. Just disable variable brightness

Fmf might cuz more lags! Maybe try optimize ur system turning off stuff running in background
