I just fixed the same leak with a round self adhesive bike tire rubber patch. Nice clean fix

i have a 97 BMW Z3 1.9L, I’m about to push it in to the ocean I’m tired of the leaks. I’ll try this and hope it fixes it. This car is the worst to have leaks in south Florida 😳 After that, i have replace a serpentine belt wheel and recharge the leaking a/c 😏

My 2002 M roadster has leaked since I got it in 2003. BMW replaced the seal so many times and it'd be good for a few weeks a month or two max. Been garage kept since the warranty ran out. I'd love to drive it on rainy days too. Going to try to this. Still working? Mine also leaks right the first bend missing of the side window. BMW told me as my warranty ran out it was the nature of the beast and some just leak no matter what you do...

It stopped leaking from the A-pillar area, but now I have a leak around the rear window. I think when I replaced it, I didn't use enough adhesive around the 'flap'. Thankfully, this is my fun car, so I can avoid driving it in the rain.

Totally incorrect statement from them. They don't leak if you take proper measures to solve it.

It's a factory spoiler. I don't care much for it.

Cut a disc of neoprene rubber then seal it onto the seal with black sealant Makes up about 3 mm of the gap and it looks stock
