And you talked about offset but didn’t show how to change it Oops The machine we got is used and practically crashes during the wipe , nearly pulling the print head off. Trying to figure out why it’s doing that and how to adjust the z offset since it can’t get to the print portion for babystepping
my printer fails the probing stage at the first part of a print. usually on the 3rd washer. it then goes to re clean nozzle and then tries again and errors out after the second washer. Any ideas?
I have this problem sometimes. It sometimes does this if the nozzle or washers are dirty. Give the nozzle a good clean to make sure there's no left over bits of filament or fuzzies from the wiper pad stuck to it. (I usually do this by cleaning it with tweezers.) You can also give the washers a wipe with a slightly damp (but not sopping wet) paper towel and then wipe dry. If that doesn't work try removing and reloading the filament.
