Perfect after a day in an office chair. Was so slow and sludgy and now bright an re-energized.
I notice yore nearly at 200k. I remember when you were celebrating 100! It is no surprise so many find your calm direction and inclusive practice magnetic. Sure does make my day when I join you on the mat. Thank you 🙏

Wonderful practice. Her directives on the Malassana squat helped me go further than ever, safely, for a deep release. I could not carry that on into the twist though, haha! Thank you :)

I have been experiencing some serious tension along my spine, and I am so glad I chose to start my day off with this practice. In the first 5 minutes, I already felt a huge difference in my back, lots more space and life. The last half of the class was deeply calming and relaxing. Your voice is always so soothing and I appreciate your gentle, slow pace. It's perfect for beginners or anyone who is in a lot of pain
