    Appreciate how you start off steadily and gradually increase the pace when we are warmed up. All your routines show your insights on what is beneficial to the body rather than just getting perfect poses. Much gratitude.

    Thank you so much for your beautiful yoga video. I'm a beginner that I've been searching so many Yogini's channels, and I prefer your video as your voice is so soft and gentle to listen and your movement is powerful and exact at the same time.     Thank you so so much Paula for this video. I'm rather boxe and mma (yeah, for a 62 years old woman lol). I praticed yoga every now and then with coachs before, but never felt so relaxing as with your videos. I actually try your guided meditations every evening before bed time since 3 weeks. Always fall asleep before the end. :) Please make more videos like this. Thanks thanks thanks.

    ❤a late day 5, July 2023 Exhale calendar- knees, chest, chin getting very 'plonky' for the last few rounds as my daily practice has fallen away big time this winter- gotta get back to the mat daily. Thankyou for sharing your go to home practice Paula.🧘‍♀☮💖✨🙏

      Thank you! There should be 12 repetitions for the right and left side (so 24 salutes in total). Thanks for practicing! :)

    I normally make it about half way before I turn this off because I’m so far out of sync with the instructions.
