I´m glad Megadeth is back and up there kicking again after they released their latest album. Just a few years ago I saw them live in Oslo, and they actually warmed up for Five Finger Death Punch. That was a sad performance. But the guy playing the lead in this song right here is one of the greatest guitar players ever. Marty Friedman. :)
Being a Gen X kid myself, back in the day I preferred Metallica because I preferred James’ voice better. As time went by, Megadeth’s music and Dave’s lyrics and compositions won me over. His voice grew on me to the point that I actually like it. As you dig into their catalog, I think you’ll appreciate them too.
The guitar work drew me to Megadeth , You get use to the vocals. I was the same way with King Diamond and Motorhead. I still think he's better than Geddy Lee lol

Listen to skin o my teeth, sweating bullets, or count down to extinction all from this album.
Kick the chair ,my last words ,the conjuring, rattlehead and my darjest hour are a few great songs
You get use to he’s voice. Love Megadeath
For another more mainstream or accessible Megadeth song, I’d strongly suggest “Trust”.

Same here, and as I started playing guitar and understanding how complex megadeth songs were it just completely won me over.

Great song and reaction 👍🏼 Have you heard The Beautiful People by Marilyn Manson? If not you really should, GREAT riff 🎸
I have not. I will check it out
Why on earth listening to the remastered version?
