My personal favorite thing about this show (and I've seen a lot of it because my dad LOVED it growing up lol) is, like Dylan said, the fact that most of the CEOs use this as an opportunity to advertise what great people they are/what great values they stand for/etc., but then sometimes you still get bosses who don't use that opportunity whatsoever and unintentionally showcase instead what trash people they really are. Like when Kurtis made his video, the guy who owned Bikini's fired one of the girls for not wanting to be in a bikini on national TV and saying she only came to her job to make money.
I'm not fooled. A CEO gifting a house to their homeless employee for a TV show isn't heartwarming. She was homeless because she was being exploited by that same person's company. They can't buy integrity. Eat the rich.

Well the issue isn't really the pay, it's suppose to be a minimum wage job. The problem is that America's job and class system is soo out of balance that you have full grown adults with whole families working these jobs just to barely survive when they were meant for less educated/experienced, younger adults and teens in school. If you want the employees at food eateries you'll end up paying more for the food.
