    Hi Great! I use peroxide sometimes twice as much with borax and baking soda for years and I love it!! The peroxide is really good for you! Oxygen therapies. It is anti inflammatory and alkaline. All pathogens tend to be acidic and anaerobic but this bath is healing because it is alkaline and aerobic!!

    You can reduce the amount of borax to save usage and if you add a small capful of DMSO as it will help drive it deeper into your skin and body. DMSO will help absorption. Wonderful idea tha k you for this.

      Hi bunny!💚 Thank you for the suggestion! Im worried my bath tub isn't clean enough and i'll absorb soap scum or something with the DMSO, however, that could totally just be a paranoid thought😂 Maybe in a glass foot bath tho with oils! Humm..

      I contacted the company and they will be looking into your video with the reference to aluminum in there baking soda which they reassured me is totally faults and I believe this could be almost slanderous the problem is people confuse baking powder with baking soda and baking powder is the thing that contain the aluminum.

    How does this affect the delicate nether regions for women? Does it sting? Does it affect the PH? Can it lead to infections?

    • @KimbersNewFrequency
      @KimbersNewFrequency  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi munchichi! I had no negative effects on the nether regions😜 I believe it's all very alkaline which actually helped my chronic systemic yeast/ candida issues on the skin and female areas. I would actually dry the nether regions very well after any bath since I was doing some type of bath once or twice a day as it was one of the only things that helped me to feel better.

  • @FlatEarthLuvr

    Try distilled water instead of that grocery water. It’s negatively charged so will attract all the positively charged gunk:) U will need to make sure u have enough magnesium and other minerals in ur diet tho.

      So I'm in the process of figuring out a water filtration system that will work for me. Looking at gravity filters and have eliminated a full in home system as a possibility. Maybe a good quality under the sink one for the kitchen but they take up all the space under there. Do you buy your distilled water or use a home system that makes it?

      Hi Teresa! Those are great questions. I haven't done these baths in a couple years and I'm honestly not sure if I know how exactly the starch, baking soda, borax combo all worked together with each other. All I know is that they helped me sooo much to feel better during a time when I was in pain all the time. I love to share what helped me to heal myself from lyme and other chronic illnesses, hope something from this video helps you too💓🌈

      @@KimbersNewFrequency these baths helped with h pain too? I’ve always been so healthy with no problems and all of a sudden I got a skin rash or some kind of hives and severe pain in my shoulder that won’t go away. I ate only watery fruits and soft lettuces for a few weeks and my skin cleared up meanwhile my whole body aches. I wondered if it’s parasites. Idk but if the baths will help with h pain that would be amazing.

      @jonesy1883 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@mignoncreatoroffunward3203 I did try the baths. They might have made me feel better in the short term. I had frozen shoulder and that can last 6 months to 2 years! Mine started feeling better around 6 months. But it he thing that dramatically helped with the pain was DMSO. I used 99% at full strength, rubbed it on and the pain noticeably reduced right away and lasted several days. The beginning of my healing. I do still do the baths occasionally as I think they help with general achiness.

      Lol yes it is a lot! However with this one i found the quality to come with quantity😊 luckily all of the ingredients are fairly cheap and I'm all for costco size!

    • @billthompson4197
      @billthompson4197 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Epsom salt seems to keep my muscles from getting all tight and cramped up, I guess it's the magnesium that does that.

    Seems that 20MT warns to not take internally. Is that just for liability reasons?

    • @KimbersNewFrequency
      @KimbersNewFrequency  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hi sojourn soul! are you referring to taking borax orally? liability is definitely a big cause for companies detouring people from using their products in certain ways. Do your own research and dig deep into articles to find your own truths on certain things. borax has been used for various things throughout history. it has also been used poorly at certain times, such as when it was added to sour milk in infants bottles in the early 1900s because they believed it was making the milk "unsour". This obviously caused major illnesses and death due to lack of knowledge and improper use. People also claim it has helped them in certain ways.

  • @TheKclady
    @TheKclady 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Also. You want to use food grade peroxide. Watch the percentages because the higher the number it can burn your skin when it’s concentrated! I believe 35% but like half a cup in the whole bath. Do your own research as always!
    Not the stuff in the brown bottle. That’s pharmaceutical grade.

    • @KimbersNewFrequency
      @KimbersNewFrequency  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi E! Borax is as controversial as most Lyme disease treatments, or alternative treatments in general. From what i gather it is NOT safe to ingest whatsoever, but when diluted IT IS SAFE for the skin and cannot be absorbed through the skin causing a build up effect in the body, which would be poisonous. It can have the same effects on your skin as baking soda or salt can.
      I'm clearly not a doctor or scientist, so here's a great link I found backed with lots of resources so you can check that out and make the best decision for your body😀
      I hope you find relief for you eczema through this or something else!! The pain you felt COULD POTENTIALLY have been a detox reaction. Also make sure your tub is totally cleaned and rinsed or so you don't absorb any soap or bubble bath residue left from someone else.
      Good luck let me know how it goes😀

I started these baths knowing not to get it in my eyes, nose, or mouth, and also not to use undiluted. Luckily I had no negative reactions after bathing for 20-35min a few days a week for 6mo. I have sensitive skin but that's certainly not to say someone else couldn't have a reaction just as 2 people can react totally different to anything here on earth.
