      It is great, I use it too. But it is good to know that it is not healing, it is suppressing inflammation. Pain will return when you stop using it.
      The real cause is probably inflammation caused by years long unhealthy diet... Sugars, refined carbs, industrial poly unsaturated fats like sunflower, rapeseed, soy, etc, and margerines.

    Thank you for your video! I am just starting to take the Boron Supplement now, and excited about it. This is what is needed to break down the calcium off of our Pineal Glands, and redirect the calcium to go to our bones instead of making the pineal gland a concrete ball. Interesting enough, the pineal gland is the 3rd Eye. And it's behind a brick wall. Fluoride in our bodies apparently makes the calcium we get go to the pineal gland instead of going to our bones.

      How long did it take for you to notice a difference? Is B2 recommended to be taken together with Boron?

    • @lorimav
      @lorimav ปีที่แล้ว

      @@gskyle4822 Even though I had heard a talk by a Dr. Jorge Flechas about boron I had only added 3mg Boron mostly because I was talking other minerals like magnesium, etc. and thought to add a small amount. I used to get a flare up every 6 months. After about a year I realized that I had had only one very mild flare up and remembered that Dr. Flechas had said Israeli water alone would give a person about 9,mg daily so I thought to double to 6mg and see if I would get no problems and it worked. For a while I would risk a flare up when not taking my supplements for a week or more but now it seems that it doesn't even matter after about 4 years of taking it somewhat regularly if I get busy and forget supplements. I have far less back pain in general and less arthritic pain. My guess is that it might help after a month or so but achieve maximum benefit after a few years. Life Extension might use B2 with it's boron because certain reactions with boron might require Riboflavin based FAD, a very common cofactor in many reactions in the body. It's less than $5 for a bottle of 100 so why not?

    • @gskyle4822
      @gskyle4822 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@lorimav Thx for your detailed reply. That's very helpful! 🙏Yea, 3mg looks pretty safe to me. I like the wide spectrum of Borons in Life Extensions. Although, Im a bit concerned with the B2, even though 20mg isn't that much (higher doses would actually make me feel uneasy), but even at such low dosage, my body still couldn't synthesize it all and my pee would turn slightly yellow. I might just put it into a bottle of water, and sip it through out the day instead of swallowing the whole pill in one shot. I also ordered an Borax powder just to up the boron dosage a bit at the beginning. It's supposed to be USP NF food grade. I'm not comfortable using 20 Mule (laundry detergent) like another video suggests.

    I heard that copper, despite common misconception, is not toxic, all the way up to 20,000 milligrams. I definitely wouldn't want to test this, but I also believe that you can take much more than what they tell you, without it being harmful. It helps to chelate fluoride and bromide, therefore you need enough to combat this, and the small trace amount that they recommend, is not nearly enough to accomplish this, as those two dangerous halogens also combat the beneficial effects of copper also...Therefore one needs enough copper, as not to be overwhelmed with harmful halogens such as the two aforementioned.

      Thank you. Great question KIMMs TV. I will say any type will be alright. The different types will exist in different foods. As long as you add them into your diet, this will be good enough already since the body does not need a lot of them. Rarely supplement is needed. In your father's case, I will suggest consulting his doctor first since he may be taking other medications as well. We would want to make sure none of them will cause any interactions with each other. Hope this helps.

      Ionic trace minerals build up over time in the body to toxic levels. They have a positive charge and attach themselves to internal organs and tissue. With Colloidal Copper or any other colloidal, this is not possible. Colloidal has a negative charge and therefore it is not possible for toxic levels to build over time. What the body doesn't use is passed through urine.They are by far the best way to supplement your intake of trace minerals. People need to research them and they will stop taking ionic supplements. There are doctors all over this platform being paid to push them for financial reasons.

      You need to really pay attention to all the ingredients carefully. You got here the good and the bad. Potassium Sorbate is a preservative. I don’t use lot of the liquid vitamins etc. because of these preservatives.
      Potassium sorbate is a chemical additive commonly used in hygienic products, foods, and drinks alike. Some of the concerns regarding potassium sorbate is the potential for this ingredient to contain high levels of contamination of lead, arsenic, or mercury.

      Honestly I would not worry about it. Boron is extremely important for good health, and MOST people are severely deficient. If you do some study, MOST of the things they say we only need in trace amounts, is bullshit/t. And I believe it is intentional. I do not believe they want people to be healthy, so they tell you that the MOST important minerals, such as zinc, iodine, boron, and copper, are dangerous at anything but trace levels, but iron is fine in higher levels, as most women have some variation of anemia, and many men do also. Copper is the most important mineral for anemia, and no one even knows this. It regulates your iron, and keeps oxygen from becoming a pro oxidant. As you probably know, oxidation causes disease of various forms, and copper keeps iron in check. It also gets rid of dangerous halogens in your body, such as flouride and bromide. Not only does it chelate those two, but it also chelates aluminum in the body. The extremely small recommended daily amount they tout, is ridiculous and will do nothing to remove these from the body. As a matter of fact, in small amounts, the copper will be overwhelmed by aluminum and by dangerous halogens, therefore, more is required...Same goes for boron. We need both in higher levels than what THEY recommend.

      To get Boron, the salt Borax is the form that you can purchase locally or on the internet, use easily, is extremely cheap and safe if you know what you are doing.
      I use it myself to get rid of arthritis pain.
      I purchased borax on the internet and I make my own supplement like this:
      Weigh 10 grams of borax and dissolve in 500 ml of water.
      1 milliliter contains 2 milligrams of elemental boron. I use 10 milligram boron per day.
      To do this, I mix 5 milliliter (ml) with a glass of drinking water daily.

I heard about Boron and rushed out to get buy it - yes, that desperate. The pains went away COMPLETELY after 2 days! Though, if I don't take it daily, the pains start o come back slowly. So I must be deficient in Boron.

    What type of copper?

    • @jimibmore
      @jimibmore ปีที่แล้ว +1
