My favorite poser gang is still "The Kings" from Fallout New Vegas.
Poser gangs are the most fun for sure. One way to use them is as vigilante types, like a guy dressed up as batman that's trying to take down the PCs during a job would be hilarious, especially when 3-5 Robin's jump out of the shadows as backup.

I play cities without number but these lore videos and general cyber punk videos are still very good!

A poser-gang I often use in my game is a biker gang called "Los Orcos MC" A bunch of freaks who packed themselves with cyberware to look like fantasy orcs and use shotguns and machetes as weapons.
This was awesome, we really could use more lore or source material vids, I've never played the table-top but I LOVE the universe Pondsmith created.
You might want to dive into William Gibson's books, I cannot overstate how much of this universe comes straight out of them (especially the Sprawl trilogy and the conurb trilogy).
Also those are crazy good books imo
Love your partier gangs. The raver kids in the grimdark future (Samurai Jack style).
Also, 'The Fish' from Children of Men could work here. A gang of extremists that might help you, or they might turn on you for their own agenda.

Really excited about it. This gonna be my first Time GMing. Before knowing about cyberpunk the TTrpg i didnt tought that I would like to be GM. But im a scify/distopia/post apo Guy so when I learned about how the game system work I got so pump to create a world througt the cyberpunk genre.

Holy shit, I'm so stealing the Michael Jackson gang idea for my Shadowrun game. Call them the Moonwalkers; different ranks wear different classical outfits from MJ's music videos such as Beat It, Thriller and Billie Jean
I know this os an old vid but i just picked up cyberpunk red and have started wathing your stuff but i have a particularly twisted idea for a poser gang each year or however long the GM decides the gang members pick a random member of the public to imitate bio-sculpting them selves to lookalike them and modifying voce sound like them etc and then they kill there twin and take over there life until there found out (they always get found out eventually) and then the whole cycle starts again. hell you could even have a face off between PC and the gang where the gang members are exact copies of them selves
