With a tune which will likely be available next spring. The 4th gear rev limiter will be removed with the Stronger Gen 4 Coyote internals will move from 7500 to around 8000 RPMs. Great video on your fantastic Mustangs. At the IMSA Roar at Daytona. The Mustang Dark Horse GT3 set the fastest lap speed surpassing Ferrari time while finishing 1st place passing BMW GT3 at the finish line for the win after starting from the rear. Great start Ford Performance and Multimatic

A Shelby or even Mach 1 should be kept as one to retain top value since they cost much more. 650 dash reminds me too much of an electric car. The s550 digital dash is perfect for me as it is modern but retain a traditional layout. But all are good, right!

The sound difference is all exhaust related, once you do headers/Corsa on the 650 it’ll have that Coyote sound to it. The 18+ with active have a deep rumble stock, but once you do certain things the rasp comes out.
People not realizing new electrical issues. And everyone always wants 1k or more hrspwr. Literally 600 to 700 is the best. You dont need more than that unless youre trying to blow your car or motor up

I love how the dark horse looks but if its a normal s650 mustang i feel like you need to add a Chin splitter or rtr grill to make it look mean , now as far as the interior like the upgrade but the premium s550 interior feels more like a mustang to me

Ya my S550 Whipple w/magnaride is the most complete hod rod I’ve had out of a shit load, but the S650 is a winner too!You’re going to love that Gen5 Whipple bro! It is unreal the difference it makes and after you go out race it run the piss out of it pull over pop your hood jump out touch the blower and it’s cool to touch! No heat! I had a KenneBell 3.6 10gt500 before this and you couldn’t hold your hand on it after one pull…. Get the 3.75 over the 3.85 pulley nothing else it increases the whine you hear because they are not as audible as that predator type
I thinks it’s kind of a loaded example w using the dark horse as an example vs a s550. If I was to compare my Mach1 vs an s550 it’s highly different because the Mach is the high end of the s550s. My dark horse compared to a standard gt s650 is once again very dif in quality since it’s the better version of the platform.

Thinking about trading my 2022 widebody manual scat pack shaker for a dark horse Mustang mainly because it is so expensive to mod the scat pack and get decent power. The 392’s are terrible at taking boost unless you forge the internals, which is really expensive.
Yeah when I wanted a charger I called a few hemi shops asking about the 392 they said they are very weak I would go dark horse over the charger tho a much better built car
@@ItalianStallion410 Yeah man dodge dropped the ball with the 392’s. It’s about $8K-$10K for parts and labor just to forge the internals. I’ve also considered a 2020 GT350. I love the flat plane crank engine and the fact that it’s a manual. It also has the best sounding stock exhaust I’ve ever heard on a muscle car.
3:55 okay here’s a genuine question, what exactly is apple car play & how does it work vs just using Bluetooth & is it really worth using over just using Bluetooth? I mean I’m sure Apple Car play is probably turning your vehicles screen into a phone but I haven’t had too much lucky getting the info I want through TH-cam
Yeah pretty much it takes your apps and puts them on the screen so you can use Apple Music and Apple Maps and it just works really smooth with the new screens and looks a lot nicer

If it’s a Chevy motor yes lol I have seen coyote motors live 30k plus miles at 1k WHP and be raced every weekend coyote motor is really strong
