Honestly, you can repeat this 2-3x -- really depends on your fitness level. Personally, I train abs around 15-20 mins 4-5x per week. When you work other parts of your body, especially legs, you also work on strengthening the core. But if you have it in you, keep going!

I recommend doing abs 10-15 mins 4-5x per week. Add in some HIIT or TABATA training to help you burn calories faster.
