I bought an MRW200 to take on my honeymoon in Jamaica (Omega you can stay at home), and I gave it to the excellent bartender on our last day. And good old Argos had it on sale for £11.99 when we got back so bought it again! Love that watch.
That awkward moment when Rus reviews a casio and you already have it! 12 pounds is a steal, saw one today on the high street for 45. Have used mine for years camping and swimming. Had to change the strap for a more rigid and secure one but its a fantastic watch.
Haha, that's almost every one of his Casio reviews for me. I'd love to have a new Casiotron though... This is a great watch to be sure. I've got the blue one.
Honestly, as time goes by, I really like my Casios more and more. This reference along with my Duros are my favorite analog Casios. Such fun watches that look so good on wrist, but budget enough that they are essentially painless to replace if need be. Wonderful stuff! Thank you Russ for another lovely video. Onwards and upwards, good sir!🙂👍
I bought 5 recently to give to friends! I doubt it’s mineral as the original one you showed is not. They are ultra accurate, the one I have had in the past lost 2 seconds in 3 months, amazing!!!
I absolutely love this watch! I wear it to work out every day. I use the timing bezel all the time. I got rid of my G-Shock because it did absolutely nothing for me. Couldn’t even tell the time. This thing is amazing.
Thanks a lot Now I have an addiction to watches, I already bought 4 Casios and I know I'm not gonna stop there. You have very entertaining channel. Keep up the good work!👍
Its a fantastic beater. I have the black with blue accents on a blue camo NATO. It survives the gym, pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and anything I can hit it off clumsily
This was the first watch I bought with my own money about 12 years ago in middle school. Ever since then, I was hooked on watches. I currently wear a G-Shock GA700 to work, and a GA2100 or a DW5600 on my days off. My GA700 has never needed a battery replacement in the 6 years that I've owned it. They really do hold up to all the vibrations, dust, and impacts that a normal watch probably wouldn't be able to handle in my blue collar job
Despite having watches worth thousands, I'm almost embarrassed to say I have loads of these in different colours and wear them all the time. The straps really let them down so I swap them straight away and it transforms and elevates them massively.
Coincidentally I bought this from Argos last week as my new beater. Great watch, comfortable, easy to read, and most importantly… it puts a smile on my face.
I have this watch. Garmin ran out of juice at work, so popped out the office to local Argos and got this one. It’s great. Haven’t worn the Garmin in months and went back to analogue. It’s a simple joy, even changing the battery on this is a breeze. Even put it on a NATO strap.
I have this particular watch and two other variations of it, one with a white dial and another with a camouflage dial. All good watches and worth having in your Casio watch collection. Great post.
Very nice watch!I have it with the stainless steel bracelet and the black dial. Its a real beast, going to the sea, fishing 10 meters under water, and very beutiful!!Thanks for the video. Here in Greece cost me around 45 euros(the stainless steel bracelet edition)
The value here is undeniable. It's VERY capable, almost weightless, good-looking, and easily and painlessly inexpensively replaceable should catastrophe strike. The bezel does easily get moved out of position though, and the crystal is in fact plastic (Casio calls it "resin glass") though. Just put a screen protector on it on Day 1, and then adventure fearlessly (or garden, like I do, lol) with it!
I would recommend the MRW-200H-1EV, with gold tone hands, lumed submariner style indices, and root beer accents, as it is the classiest and most functional variant of this model.
Got this one and it's my most worn watch. It's my go to for hiking and kayaking. Going to add a 1EV or 7E colorway to the collection at some point too.
I bought one of these about a year ago (orange) as a daily beater and my GF decided it looked better in her watch box than mine and I haven't had a look on since!
Amazing watch! Saw this on Angelina Jolie in the film “Those Who Wish Me Dead” and looked it up. Couldn’t believe the price then. Will be buying more now!! Cheers 😀
Awesome show MWC! I absolutely love my MRW-200! I’ve got the 1B2VDF reference which looks just like this one but with white rather than khaki indeces. Such a great watch full stop, let alone for the bargain price!
I picked up the Argos deal a week or two back, i was so impressed i went back for 3 more (Christmas gifts)!! I like this custard design, I only wish they had the hands all white, or (probably better) custard outlined, so that they match the face. The issue with the black outline of the hands, is it eats into the size, and makes them look too small for the face i, feel!!
Great show! Got the black one from Argos on Saturday! It looks way better than the price tag. I’d love to see a G-shock version with the softer resin and tough solar. But then I guess the cheapness is what makes it fun to buy.
HEY MWC! I picked up the similar, but bigger Casio 3HD MRW-210H-5AVCF & 3HD MRW-210H-3AV. I have 8-inch wrists, so they work for me. Great video. Great watch.
I had this watch, until my 90yr. Old father in law took a liking to it, so I gave it to him and he wears it everyday!! I'm going to grab another one pretty soon!
Love that watch, I own the exact same white on black with the red triangle. Phenomenal watch, went surfing, snorkeling and scuba diving (23m) with it, took it to the beach and even played golf with it (shock resistant). It’s like an analog G-shock. The only flaw is the poor lume, and the 30m water resistance. So, I think I’m going to mod the H3ll out of it.
These looks like great choices for sure. I own a couple of the MRW-210H models. LOVE them. They are larger than the MRW-200H reference at 55x52.6x14.2 mm. However, when you have a 7.75" wrist like I do, you need that larger watch. I will be getting MORE of these as well. What other than size, what are the major differences between the MRW-200, MRW-210 and the MRW-220 references? Anybody know?
I've got the one from Argos for £12.99 l , it's a nice watch , you barely know you are wearing it. I shall have a look at the different colours , I didn't know there were that many. I prefer analogue watches , the only digital I like is the g shock 2100.
I've got this and its defo acrylic glass, scratches really easily and straps last 2 years max, its it was actually mineral glass it would be a steal and worth a new strap every 2 years! Currently a new strap is the same price as a new watch. There is no way anyone could sell a watch with mineral glass for £15 and still make a profit.
I've just splurged out on a barton orange & black strap for mine ( too far?). I'm sure I've seen a photo of one being used by US air force (?)- maybe not officially approved but...close?
That khakhi colour looks wonderful, and I own a couple of casio digitals, but the strap and resin really makes it look cheap. It is cheap too. But it feels a bit knockoff ish? Ya agree with the wife's comments, sorry
The only cheap analog Casio that I believe is a keeper is the MQ-24 aka The "Classio". With that being said - I'll keep an eye out for this one during black friday sales.
Hola. Desde Argentina mis saludos. Tengo el mismo en blanco, y es tan cómodo que no se me ocurre cambiarlo por uno de acero. Muy liviano y fácil de llevar.
@THEMADWATCHCOLLECTOR lol yes, that 3 year battery lasted about 2 months, and I didn't want to deal with swapping the battery with all that silicone oil in the case.
Yes I've owned one. But more importantly, I swim every week and a guy I know in the has been rocking this casio for 3 years in the pool...... I've already paid him the respect due....... It's the ultimate affordable sporty/pool watch
I got my 1BVES in Argos in the spring to use on a trip to Le Mans this year thinking it was a throwaway but I love it and use it regularly. I prefer numbers but The 1B3VCF is nice, it’s giving me JPS Lotus/TH F1 dial vibes. 👍🏻 Do you have any experience with the MRW 210? (the HB reference would be great to see a review of 🙂) Great video. 👍🏻
Check FlexiSpot C7 ergonomic chair at bit.ly/48XXRx6 and use my code ''24BFC7'' to get $50 off on the C7 ergonomic chair.

Hahahahahahahaha well done my friend!
Haha, that's almost every one of his Casio reviews for me. I'd love to have a new Casiotron though... This is a great watch to be sure. I've got the blue one.
😂😂 Bought one for the missus 2 weeks ago
Same here my friend I am wearing it as I type absolute class watch I got it for £20 a few months ago but it's still a bargain at that price...
What strap did you use? I'd like to pick up one of these but the lugs look awkward for 3rd party straps.
This was one of the first watches I bought 2 years ago when I got into the hobby. Love it. Simple and very accurate.
Me too. With mq24. Both amazing
Same here. I could have just stopped buying watches after this one but of course I didn't, 😂
Bought one of these last year for a Christmas gift for my daughter’s boyfriend. It had the great markers and indices.
This is actually the watch I wear the most cheap and looks so much more expensive. 3 in the collection love them
I absolutely love this watch! I wear it to work out every day. I use the timing bezel all the time. I got rid of my G-Shock because it did absolutely nothing for me. Couldn’t even tell the time. This thing is amazing.
My daughter got me this one for Xmas!!! Best daughter ever
I enjoy your videos especially that you include your wife's thoughts about the watch
Thanks a lot Now I have an addiction to watches, I already bought 4 Casios and I know I'm not gonna stop there. You have very entertaining channel. Keep up the good work!👍
Got the white dial last spring $20 usd. Smart looking, light, and time keeping is spot on. Just wore it a few days ago 🍻 cheers
I've got two of these. One orange and another in gold. I was tempted to buy the green one as well. Absolute banger 👍🏼👍🏼
Its a fantastic beater. I have the black with blue accents on a blue camo NATO. It survives the gym, pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and anything I can hit it off clumsily
So does a Tudor BB…
@KeepingWatchUK and I can buy 300 of these for the price of that
@@KeepingWatchUK The difference this one costs 12 pounds so even if you somehow break it, you can just get another and don't even feel the hit.
This was the first watch I bought with my own money about 12 years ago in middle school. Ever since then, I was hooked on watches. Superb my friend!
I have this one but the white and black version. I love it.
Despite having watches worth thousands, I'm almost embarrassed to say I have loads of these in different colours and wear them all the time. The straps really let them down so I swap them straight away and it transforms and elevates them massively.
What do you swap the strap to?
Coincidentally I bought this from Argos last week as my new beater. Great watch, comfortable, easy to read, and most importantly… it puts a smile on my face.
Once again on the road in the middle of nowhere South Dakota listening to this banger🔥
Thank you so much my friend! You take care of yourself!!!
Pnw here you got watch fans all over the world!
I have this watch. Garmin ran out of juice at work, so popped out the office to local Argos and got this one.
It’s great. Haven’t worn the Garmin in months and went back to analogue. It’s a simple joy, even changing the battery on this is a breeze. Even put it on a NATO strap.
I’ve had one of these for almost a year now, Russ. Great work watch. Never failed me. Got it from Argos for £15.00. Great accuracy. 👍🏾😉🇬🇧
I have this particular watch and two other variations of it, one with a white dial and another with a camouflage dial. All good watches and worth having in your Casio watch collection. Great post.

I picked this up in the white dial, and it went right into my rotation. It’s great!
The value here is undeniable. It's VERY capable, almost weightless, good-looking, and easily and painlessly inexpensively replaceable should catastrophe strike. The bezel does easily get moved out of position though, and the crystal is in fact plastic (Casio calls it "resin glass") though. You are on course to get to 250 by the end of the year like I predicted in Jan 👍
Excellent review and this is the nicest one, amazing MWC 🙏
Got this one and it's my most worn watch. It's my go to for hiking and kayaking. Going to add a 1EV or 7E colorway to the collection at some point too.
That’s been my work beater for the last year or so, took a hammering and still going strong 💪
I've had a blue one for about 10 years. I do like that black and gold version.
Really like the look of this watch! Great work as always! Casio should definitely make more budget analogue watches.
I have one. Nice and easy to read. I like the version with the black face and gold dots for numbers. Can't seem to find it though.
I call this the Casio Marv! Absolute banger of a tool watch. Since I don’t dive, the 2-way friction bezel is actually very convenient.
I bought one of these about a year ago (orange) as a daily beater and my GF decided it looked better in her watch box than mine and I haven't had a look on since!
I got all excited about a new Casio for the collection. Then excited when I found you were talking about my watch😂.
Hey Russ bought myself for Christmas a GD350, now I’m waiting for Christmas day to come!!! Amazing review as always¡
I knew it would be this one. Great watch, so much so I have four in different colours. As Russ says: highly recommended for the dosh.👍🏻
I started buying more straps and now i like casios lol.. Your awesome man!
Hahahaha thanks man!
Great review. I have the one with neon green numbered dial. I bought it after watching a TH-camr actually dive with it. A hidden gem.
I’ve the blue sunburst dialed one and it’s such a beauty !
It’s a very popular watch in Casio community here in India.
Amazing watch! Saw this on Angelina Jolie in the film “Those Who Wish Me Dead” and looked it up. Couldn’t believe the price then. Will be buying more now!! Cheers 😀
Yes, cute little watches. I did a hydromod on a couple of those early on. Nice colour.
Great video again, he’s hilarious. A natural. Bet the wife is happy to add her ‘reviews’ too 😂😂
This variation is really good looking and is an escape to the Luminox look-a-like 👏🏻
Awesome show MWC! I absolutely love my MRW-200! I’ve got the 1B2VDF reference which looks just like this one but with white rather than khaki indeces. Such a great watch full stop, let alone for the bargain price!
Same, white is nice.
I picked up the Argos deal a week or two back, i was so impressed i went back for 3 more (Christmas gifts)!!

Love mine. I bought 2 different variations & did a dial / movement swap. Looks awesome
Just bought the white dail variant last week, n have been loving it😊
Another fun video, I am glad this channel exists. Cheers.
Tom you are a legend thank you
Ordered mine, can’t wait to review it on my channel, thanks for sharing this with us.
Oh I like that Casio looks good on the wrist mr mwc great video as always 👍🏻
Cheers Gaz!
The white faced version at my local Florida walmart caught my eye. Awesome VID Mate!!!
Thank you my friend!
Love the simplicity of it. And still looks rugged.
I wish we would have the Argos deals in mainland Europe 🙆 ... Lorus Lumibrite field Watch also on Sale on Argos for about 25 Pounds
My work watch covered in paint all the time still works great 👌👌
The watch that got me back into the game. Great little watch.
Yes sir!!!
I'm surprised you've never covered the CASIO Oceanus T200. It's nothing short of stunning.
It's a JDM watch so maybe harder to source. I have it -white dial- and love it.
Hi Russel! Congratulations! Grabbing machine 😂😂😂😂
I wanted one of these they are always at Walmart. I got a luminox on the way in the mail but I would still pick one of these up as a beater
I meant 100m WR.
Did you know that casio just released a dive Seiko prospect style watch?? With 50M WR?? Review it. Please.
This is a great watch to hydro mod, looks amazing!!
Nice. Review Russ 😃
Thank you my friend!
Got this 200 & it’s big bro the 210… luv ‘em both!!! 👍😊💥
I've got the one from Argos for £12.99 l , it's a nice watch , you barely know you are wearing it.
I shall have a look at the different colours , I didn't know there were that many.
I prefer analogue watches , the only digital I like is the g shock 2100.
I have this watch. I love it. Wish the lume was better!
Got that to experiment with oil filling. Works well.

I'm sure I've seen a photo of one being used by US air force (?)- maybe not officially approved but...close?
acrylic crystals in mrw200h line up/ no mineral glass.
HA!😂 Currently my work watch & wearing it now.👍🏼😎
Your wife’s views are the best and most honest.
That khakhi colour looks wonderful, and I own a couple of casio digitals, but the strap and resin really makes it look cheap. It is cheap too. But it feels a bit knockoff ish? Ya agree with the wife's comments, sorry
These, the Edifice, and the Oceanus. I mean do you really need anything else? Thanks!
What a beautiful watch 😍
I only have two. Now I feel the pressure to get a third
Great watch for the price. Just a heads up. I have a small wrist about a 6.5 and the strap has a bit of overhang which can get annoying.
Have two , the straps eventually fail but otherwise an amazing watch for its cost.
OEM straps are expensive unfortunately
The only cheap analog Casio that I believe is a keeper is the MQ-24 aka The "Classio". With that being said - I'll keep an eye out for this one during black friday sales.
I use mine as my kitchen timer, great watch 👍
You have to question why we need anything else mate. £15! I can’t even buy a broken 70s Seiko for that.
Hola. Desde Argentina mis saludos. Tengo el mismo en blanco, y es tan cómodo que no se me ocurre cambiarlo por uno de acero. Muy liviano y fácil de llevar.
I bought one of those a few years back to expirement with oil filling. I threw it away when the battery died
I was given an oil filled one a while back! Drains the heck out of the battery!
@THEMADWATCHCOLLECTOR lol yes, that 3 year battery lasted about 2 months, and I didn't want to deal with swapping the battery with all that silicone oil in the case.
I got the mrw-200h for my 15th birthday 🎉 also anyone know when it was first made
i wish the dial was a biiiiiiiit bigger but okay❤
Have this watch , made a paracord strap for it , looks ten times more bad ass.
I come for that cutaway with the owl hoot sound
Then you are welcome anytime!
The definition of a beater watch. Plenty of options in the range
Watch is great. Band not. Swapped it with W217H band. Works great! Super comfortable.
Oh god, I must get 10 or 100 of these!
“Like a gone off custard”!!! 😂😂😂
had got it for 7usd during sale...worked very good, but tried hydromoding it, the oil was too viscous and it works no more
I had a hydromod given to me. The battery died quickly !
Do you have any experience with the MRW 210? (the HB reference would be great to see a review of 🙂)
Great video. 👍🏻
Dang! That Mudman did look awesome
