- Here we show you how to install our front axle pin upgrade kit for Case Ingersoll Loaders And Backhoes, what it does, and a few things that set our pins apart. We are not here to bash any other products at all, but to explain why we had to get these made custom to our own specs and our design. This is a very simple and fast install and one of the best upgrades with immediate results for not a lot of money that should be done on ALL Case Ingersoll Loaders and Backhoes models 644, 646, 648, 6018, 6020 series. Use on 7020 is not tried yet but is in the works.

Nice kit looks like a big upgrade. As far as the 7020 goes I know you mentioned you weren't sure about them, but they use a little different setup than the 2wd models. The axle pivot is basically a large bolt, the nut is on the back side towards the rear, the 7020 has the tie rod in front of the axle rather than the rear. They used bolt on wear plates on the frame to keep the axle from shifting side to side so the plates don't really need to get pinched together, I'm not sure if they even can be it may be braced more than the 2wd. If there is slop side to side on a 7020 you can replace the wear plates or just shim behind them which is what I did on mine. Hope that helps I know the 7020's aren't exactly a dime a dozen.
Yes they are different, we have not tried the pin yet on one. But they may work or not that might not have come across correctly in the video we are not sure at this point. Just know there would be a bunch asking and I was trying to say we don't know yet lol. But maybe it was not clear lol. We do have one in the process soon to be tried on a 7020 and find out what may be needed to make one work for a 7020 before we know for sure. We don't have a 7020 here currently to try on. That's why we said they may or may not work some modification. We only get a few 7020 through here. Will have a update to this hopefully in the near future. Thanks for watching and the comments.
