- Ingredients
Milk Powder-2cup
Milk-1/2cup+3tbsp
Sugar-1/2cup
Cardamom-1
Salt-one pinch
Safforn -opt
Ghee-2-3tbsp
Method
Mix milk d milk powder together ..
Add ghee in a kadai ,in low heat add milk powder-milk mix ..
Mix well and stir for 5 minutes ..
Then add saffron milk and mix ..stir continuously for 5 minutes ..
Then Add sugar-cardamom and mix well ..
Stir on continuously in medium flame until the mixture gets thick and that time it will come out from side of the kadai ..
That time switch off and transfer the mix to a greased pan..
Allow to cool ..
When the mix reaches Luke warm temperature ,grease ur hand and make balls and press it between ur palm ..make a thumb impression in the middle ..
Decorate with dry nuts ..
So the tasty milk powder peda is ready to serve ...
Use after 2-3 hours ..
U can keep in the room temperature for 2 days then transfer to fridge ..and can keep for 3-4 days .. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

Hiiii ചേച്ചി സൂപ്പർ ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഞാൻ പാല്പ്പാട ഉണ്ടാക്കി അത് എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇഷ്ട്ടമായി. പാല്പ്പാടയിൽ മധുരം കുറച്ചിട്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതിനു ശേഷം ജാം ഡിസൈനായിട്ടു ഇട്ടുകൊടുത്തു. അപ്പോൾ കുറച്ചും കുടിച്ചോ ടേസ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ചേച്ചി 👌 👌 👌 👌

I am a sweet lover.. Also i just love cooking.. Thank you chechi... It has come out well... I live in a place where we don't have much access to Indian sweets, so the family was happy that it came out well. Just that my stove doesn't have a low setting (😀) so I almost burnt the bottom. Otherwise it had come out great... Thank you once again.
