How to make Easy Diwali Sweets ( 4 items )
Panner - 1/2 kg
Milk powder - 2 tbs
Maida - 1 tbs
Condensed milk - 1 tin
powered Sugar - 3 tbs
Green colour - Few drops
Pink colour - Few drops
Ghee - 1/2 Cup
Maida - 1 Cup
Cardamon powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
powered sugar - 1 Cup
Cashew nuts - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1 Cup
Water - 1/4 Cup + 2 tbs
Cardamon powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp

ഞങ്ങൾ വടക്കുള്ളവർക്ക് ദീപാവലി അത്ര പ്രാധാന്യം ഒന്നുമില്ല. . പക്ഷേ ദീപാവലി മിഠായി ... അതൊരു സങ്കട ഓർമ്മയാണ് .... റവയുടെ കട്ടയാണ് എങ്കിലും ആ മിട്ടായിയുടെ വില പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല ... അത് കിട്ടാൻ അച്ഛൻ്റെ പിന്നാലെ നടക്കും ... ആ രുചി.... ആ വേദനയിൽ നിന്നും കിട്ടുന്ന സന്തോഷം ... ഹോ.... ഒരിക്കലും തിരിച്ച് കിട്ടാത്ത ബാല്യമേ ..... അതിനെക്കാൾ വലിയതായി ഒന്നുമില്ല ....ല്ലേ .....😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
