Definitely agree with the light duty comment. I've broken 2 already and looking to get a larger set as the small bolts tend to be too much for this tool. The failure was actually the handles. They deformed and bent before making the full cuts. Otherwise, it's a decent pair for small nails and such.
I purchased them because i didn’t want to drop $60 on the kinpex ones, they broke after 8 uses to break off stripped screws and I ended up buying kinpex.

They look okay for the price but that paint seems about worthless, they should've went with a bluing or black oxide I think.

Unfortunately I have not tried to cut link fence with it so I don’t know for sure. If not you most probably can take it back.
