    Currently on day 5 of the challenge. Am loosing weight as i can feel it already, started with 3 eggs per meal but as days go on, my appetite dropped and started doing two, as i speak now, I struggle to eat even those two as i don't get hungry.
    I dont take oats though, i make tomatoes mixed with onions and cucumber and eat them as salad for dinner.
    For fruits, sometimes i eat an apple, sometimes it could be a yellow banana or a ripe mango....
    Its really working...

      Oh and I don't work out, for my tea, I don't take green tea. But I take tea with honey, cinnamon and ginger...

    Tried this for 4 days and I lost 4kg but had to stop as I’m breastfeeding. Will do it again when I stop breastfeeding.

      Hey @@edithk700 I did it as instructed by the original video (you can type in egg diet to see the video) my milk supply was the same but I did ask my doctor if it’s okay to do she said to stop till after breastfeeding that’s y I stopped. Will start again once I’m done breastfeeding.

    9:35 there's like 25 calories of butter plus 15 calories from the tomato, but the problem is the evaporated milk in the oats and to make cure to use organic oats instead of instant box oat that contains sugar....if you try this diet please make sure to go back to the video of versatile Viki egg diet and listen carefully to what she says and follow the diet strictly. Olson she has many diets for women with POS

    I could try this for three days then take zero coke as an addition.
    breakfast : 3 eggs x zero come
    lunch : fruit salad and scramble eggs
    dinner : vegetable salad with cooked eggs

    I tried that diet and lost some weight with and without exercise. I'll try it again someday. It's not something I can do long term, but it helps.

    so far i have completed 3 days i have lost 1.9 kg already ,today i am taking break as i don't eat egg on sat and Tuesday religious reason ,will start from tomorrow again . overall i have lost 5 kg with intermittent fasting with in 2 month but gained back some weight due to festival and travelling i was 62.5 kg now i am 57.4 kg my goal is 48 kg . Your video motivated me thanks .

    When you get to weight plateau, it is better to stop weight loss for 2 weeks, eat whatever you like then after 2 weeks you can continue the weight loss, by then your body will be ready to burn more fat. I tried it and it worked

    Great for breaking your plateau! I noticed you didn't follow the diet as directed so maybe that's why the diet work as efficiently but I can understand being tired of eggs; 6 a day! More than most are used to! I started today, we'll see! I actually wasn't hungry at lunch since I had a late breakfast, around 11am. I wasn't hungry at 630pm but thought I should just eat the eggs and apple. I ate the eggs but was so full I ate the apple at 8pm. I'll have the oatmeal at 10pm 🤣. Great job. Even losing 1.6kg in 4 days is still good! Good luck!!

      I think it will be better if you skip to eat that late. Dont eat after 18h or 19h.
      Just skip diner, drik tea in mornig and skip sweets and sugar, results will come gl

    The problem with this diet is that the weight you lose is mostly water weight. So you gain it right back once you introduce carbs.

      These extreme diets don’t work in the long run .How long will someone eat like this?
      I’d rather adapt a sustainable diet that you can keep for life.
      Eat lots of proteins,veggies and complex carbs then have a fitness routine.

      Guess she didn't do it the way you did. But she still had good results. Tomato seems ok.

      I did this diet with the addition of a little chili oil because I was bored with the bland taste of eggs, and I still got good results, losing 5kg in a week. I think this diet can also work if your body's metabolism works well

    May I just say that those oats you ate were way over the limit of the diet plan! It’s one cup of cooked oats which she instructed only 3 tablespoons of fry oats to be used!

    Jessica, you can turn this experience into an experience. Why don't you write a guide on how to eat and what to eat to loose weight. You can incorporate all the foods you ate because your abtrue testimony. Write your guide and sell it.

    1.8 kg voor 3 days is not bad. But i dont see how someone can maintain this diet. After a few says you never want to see eggs again i might think. Do want to try it but dislike eggs and oatmeal so maybe it will be hard for me to do

    So far only 1kg in 3 days. Definitely not possible 10kg in 10 days, for me anyway. Done it several times - 2kg max in a week
