1. Change your diet 2. Calorie counting 3. Walking 10,000 steps 6 days a week, rest day 7 4. Cutting out all drinks except water 5. Be consistent Well done on such a great job! I struggle with the portion control most of all and am really trying to work on that. Hopefully this 2022 I will finally reach my fitness goals!!!
Only water?? What do you think about diet sugar or 0 calories there’s something in soda 🥤 I think I tried the artificial sugar and all season I felt nothing lost nothing I’d love to lose 40 but I’m 265 so 40 pounds is not going to show much but I will feel it in my clothes for sure
@@Arizona_lilly That's because those claims are misleading. I tried to do the same thing and didn't lose any weight so I cut out all drinks except water, black coffee and plain tea. If I get bored of water I add a bit lemon or lime to it.
Walking is the truth! I put my earbuds in and walk 3 miles to a favorite spot and back home 4-5 days a week. A total of 6 miles and 15,500 steps. I always feel like doing more when it’s over because it’s refreshing. I drink just water and drink green smoothies for breakfast and lunch. For dinner I have 2 pieces of tilapia with just salt, pepper, butter, and a squeeze of lemon. I have as many veggies as I want, with the same seasoning. 36 lbs down in 3 weeks.
Ive literally been doing everything youve talked about since the beginning of 2023 and i have lost 20lbs. Ive been taking it slow so i know that the weight will stay off, i can build muscle appropriately, and so my skin can readjust. Im 5'9 and I was 211 now im 191 goal is 170 by end of year. Anyone reading this you can do it. Take it at your own pace and never give up.
5’7ft 180lbs here. Weight goal 140lbs. 3rd day intermittent fasting. Cleaning up my diet. Gonna get a mini stepper for cardio. Are you sure I can do it Sis?🥺😔
My BIGGEST CHALLENGE is CONSISTENCY!!!!!! Lord knows how many times I have started a weight loss journey to the point where I hired a nutritionist to help with my meals. I was apart of the gym and the whole shebang. But somehow I came across this video and I suddenly feel motivated again. I'm going to try and make a conscious effort to restart my journey!

Yes I was just explaining to my mom how difficult it is for me to stay consistent. Once I lose the weight I get SO RELAXED. Or during the process I’ll get frustrated.
Me personally, I started losing the most weight after reading the book Woman’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, a few things you are mentioning in this video are also in the book
I've lost weight just walking for 30 minutes to an 1 hour with headphones 4-5 days out of the week and avoiding sugary drinks, eating wholesome meals, and taking everything with moderation, adding green tea or matcha to my diet and better rest.
Drinking water is so key. Sometimes when you feel hungry it's because you're actually dehydrated. Hydrating with water is vital to keep your organs functioning and your skin looking good. I try to eat a lower carb diet because 1 in 3 people in my country will become diabetic and drinking a sufficient amount of water also helps stave off diabetes. I still drink iced tea, but if I sweeten it, I use monk fruit. All the best to everyone!
Currently I am 178lbs 5’2. I used MyFitnessPal for a good month. Changed my diet and got down to 160. My goal is 145 - 150. It’s so hard to be consistent with eating right. But this video made me realize I’m not alone and to not give up. Thank You 💙
Hey, Troiana, try Weight Watchers... I've done it before, about 12 years ago after my son was born, and it got me way past my weight goal. I'm now doing it again, and I don't know why I just didn't go back to WW in the first place. I have tried LOTS of other ones, Paleo, Keto, calorie counting, macros, holy moly.... nothing is like Weight Watchers, and it's so much more healthy with unlimited fruits & veggies. Good luck, Honey!!!
Keep going. I lost 25 pounds and hit a Plato so now I'm using my fitness pal as well. Been a week and I think it's helping break the Plato! Check out my journey on my channel. Wishing you success on your journey and hope you meet your goals soon! 😊
I just want to come back to this comment in December to say that I've lost 20-25 pounds. I'm 5'4 and currently weighing 170 pounds. 🤞Thank you so much for the inspo!
I’m 5’4 and hit 188 on May 31st June 1st I got serious about my weight loss journey And started eating healthier and cut all juices and only drank water and now I’m at 182. My goal is 145 so glad I came across this video just proves I’m on the right track !
Hope you keep updating. I have been a bit stuck. Do fine for a few days then lapse. Just want to lose ten pounds. Let us here know how you get on 😊🚶♀️🚶♀️
@@havana2banana Thank you I will, 10 pounds its definitely doable, you got this girl. The workout part is easy for me, its the eating I I have to get down specifically lunch lol.. I notice change in my body but the weight is staying at 182-184. let you know when I'm out the 80s xo
Been doing exactly this with 30 minutes doing weights a day I’m 5’4 and was 190lbs on 11 June 23 and now I’m 176 two weeks later, hopefully I can come back to this comment in a few months and see a bigger difference ☺️ all the hard work is worth it
You are Lovely! I'm also 5'3 and weigh 178 right now. Have lost almost 60lbs since Oct 26, of 2021... doing basically what you have said. I will be increasing my walking now. Can't wait to see how it goes! Thank you for sharing!
Its actually very weird that people thought it was perfectly fine to say you are the bigger twin or even comment on your body. But well done on your journey 💕

After doing a 48 hour water fast/ spiritual fast. I learned that feeling of hunger vs the feeling of dehydration. It is honestly similar and it is mostly about knowing your body.
This is so encouraging, I’m literally at the 2 week mark where my weight is exactly the same. Thanks for sharing this because now I’m empowered to not give up and get to my goal.
Same !! I lost 1 lb in two weeks but stay consistent! It’s normal not to see results for even up to 4 weeks but keep at it we’re going to see progress , consistency is the best way to get long term results 💗
@@Lifewithnani1217 cut out carbs and sugar only grill or bake chicken or fish or shrimp. Only 1 slice a bread once a week. Only 2 hardboiled eggs and 1 orange for breakfast every morning for 4 weeks. Some lunch days do Only veggies so sometimes fish, tuna, chicken but not fried.
I'm 5'3 and im ashamed to say I am 228lbs. I dont want to do the surgery but im watching this video to help push me into my weight loss journey. I have a juicer, and have recently adapted to a vegan diet, but my portion control needs help. Will be following this because i know walking really helps. So happy for all the weight loss comments. Wish me luck!
I am just over 100kg (appr. 220+ pounds) and I am seeing a nutritionist. She adviced against juice diet. She says the fruits will "create" a higher sugar content as compared to when you eat them.
I was 5’2 m, 225 due to birth control, fibroids, and a bad back. I just started walking more and changed up my diet to ADF with keto, and more water. I dont know how muxh I have lost in weight, but my clothes are looser, and i’m more agile! I’ll get on a scale in about 3 more weeks.
@@ShaynieB way to go! Keep it up I'm rooting for you! I've been working out since May 9th and prior to that I could barely do stairs now I'm getting better at it. I really appreciate the reply it helps motivate me even more!
Love how I've come across this video right when I'm struggling with motivation to go to the gym this morning. Love love LOVE this content, will definitely be back for future videos.
I started working as a mail carrier in the city and I haven’t checked my steps but I’m walking 8-10 hours… yes hours a day.., the last 10 pounds I was struggling to lose have just fell off me! I eat light all day due to being out in the sun.. I eat salads.. fruit.. soup for dinner and have at least a gallon of water a day.. with one drink of juice or soda to kill my cravings ! I’m so tiny! It feels so good! Oh and I drink protein shakes and smoothies!
I switched to water a few months ago and I lost 15lbs just in water weight. Now I'm exercising 3x a week and walking in the mornings. I'm so excited for this journey! My husband has already lost 40lbs and I have to catch up lol. Thank you for the video and good job!
I’m doing the exact same thing right now. So seeing this confirmed I’m doing right❤️however I only started 7 days ago, so I’m currently at 7,000 steps a day to ease into it. I am eating 1400 calories which for somebody 5’3 and my weight looking to lose weight is healthy. However do your research and listen to your body. I used to start too small and now I know my comfortable zone. I also do a 20-40 minute strength workout at home or the gym 4-5 days a week. I’d be happy to update anyone with my progress! I’m female, 5’3, 19 years old and I currently weight 166.6lbs 7 days in. I’m not certain of my exact starting weight but I know it was somewhere around 168-170.
Walking daily and hitting 10k and over works. Also, having a caloric deficit while counting calories. Drinking at least 70oz to a gallon of water daily and intermittent fasting helps as well.
Love the video. I lost 35 lbs walking , changed the way I prepared foods. It took me a year to do it. But the walking is wonderful. I walked at least 6 days a week. Outdoors in the winter/snow as well. I went from a size 14 to a 7/8. I drank water only. Kept the weight off about 8 years. Life happened, menopause, lost some loved ones and let the weight creep back on. Great tips shared in the video. Gonna start my journey again.
I’m so relieved I found your video! I’m finally doing all the right things after many wrong attempts where I would cut my calories too low or workout too hard and then not be able to keep it up. I’ve only just started my 3rd week and have been the exact same weight since the end of week 1 so feeling super demotivated but after hearing you have had a similar experience at the beginning of your journey has granted me some peace of mind. Hope it will start going down after my cycle (I’m assuming water retention has something to do with it). Doing an average of 6,000 steps a day with 2-3 days aiming for 10,000 and slowly working up and doing low intensity strength training for 2-3 days a week also. I will stay consistent this time. Im around 5’7 and my highest weight was 3yrs ago at 88kg (194lbs). I’m now 72kg (158lbs) and my goal is around 60kg (132lbs) but maybe I’ll be happy somewhere in the middle. (Finding Coach Viva here on TH-cam very insightful atm)
2020 I went from 200lbs to 145lbs…I took advantage during the time. Ive since gained it all back and trying to motivate myself to lose again. I have to find another motivating factor outside of the norm of wanting to just lose
I went from 200 to 156 in 2020 and have gained it all back and then some. I’m starting over now and I hate that I lwt myself get to this point again. I’m unhappy with the way that I look but I’m keeping myself motivated and I’m going to lose the weight AGAIN
Leila congrats ... You look amazing..... I did share my own story on how Ive lost 81 pounds and I give out tips. I have more energy now and I love my life. I also did a motivation vid showing my results. Never give up people 🙂
This popped up on my feed today and it just be fate. I’m using Noom to improve my health and lose weight. You could have stepped out if their program! Everything you said is spot on. I have been active for almost 20 years, running, strength training, running marathons even and yet my weight creeped up. I’m 60 so things change but I finally had an honest talk and knew my diet, what I was eating was the main factor. If I could get up early and run, go to the gym, run with stress fractures, torn hamstrings, dead tired there was absolutely no reason I could not tackle AND change what I consumed. Noom is my road map to a healthier me and as an aside, the pounds will disappear! Thank you for the confirmation young lady and good for you!
Gained a lot of weight over the past 2years because of stress and a change of routine...I used to play/train for basketball 4/5times a week and because I love it,it didn't feel like exercise. But with covid we weren't allowed to and boy did my body feel it...I am still trying to figure out what types of exercises I like that I can do at home should another lockdown happen so I stay consistent. I find generally my personality gets bored quick so I switch it up almost everyday and that has been working for me. I have a terrible sweet tooth though and need to fix that. Thank you for sharing your journey.
Thank you so much for sharing your journey, I know so many people can relate to it. I wish you all the best and keep trying different alternatives till you reach your goal!💗
Leila, Thanks for sharing! I too found myself with my weight loss journey being a positive out of Covid for me. I tweaked my diet a little. I've always eaten pretty healthy. With all the gyms closed and not being able to run for many many years, I decided to start walking on the new path developed outside of my townhome. It was a 10 mile path and I walked 4 miles, 2 each way and had under a 15 minute mile. The path was beautiful and I enjoyed it every day. I sometimes walks two and three times a day. I was energized after each walk. I lost 30 pounds over five months. I had gotten up to 163 pounds the heaviest I have ever been I am 5 foot three and it made a difference. I then gained it all back by 2022 and I could feel it and I'm back on my journey maybe not to lose 30 pounds but to lose another 15 walking is amazing portion control is the best thing you can do cutting out the junk food for me. The candy and large portions was the best I could do. If you're on it keep at it and if you're thinking about it jump on, the journey can be the best thing you do for yourself!
I came across this video while I was searching for the thigh master. I’ll just say the Lord is always right on time!! I needed this information. Everything about this video is giving me life! Not only she’s beautiful, Im loving the statement on the sweatshirt and the shoe game..it’s all fierce just like her!! ❤️💃🏾
I love your tips!!!! As soon as you said calorie counting I was like YES!! Calorie counting has made such a difference in my life!!! I also stopped drinking sodas and felt a difference immediately!!! I do use crystal lights when I was something different then water but, I love my water
Im so excited I found this! My husband asked me to pick out a success dress and be prepared to wear it August 1st for our date night. I’ve been trying to remain consistent
Love this 💙 You did amazing! Currently down 20lbs with the help of consistency, MyFitnessPal, water, working out and intermittent fasting. Feels great to be in better shape! 💪🏾
Thank you! Really enjoyed your video. Just starting my journey Sunday. More fruit, more veggies, exercise, and water. Was 176, 172. Good luck to all of us trying to do/be better❤️
Yep, dropping soda (diet or regular) and fruit juices definitely makes a huge difference. To make water more "exciting" add mint leaves, lemon, cucumber, or even ginger slices. And make sure the water is filtered because you can taste the difference compared to plain tap.
I subscribed not only to support you, but it hit home when you talked about the "fat" comments you had received from ppl. Some folks don't understand or frankly don't care how destructive their words can be. Congrats to you 👏🏽👏🏽
Omg, these comments are getting to me now, bc it's so much from so many ppl. 1 or 2 isn't so bad, but over 10 person has comments on me gaining a little more weight. Funny thing is all my clothes still fit, but I guess maybe bc 5' 4 it shows more on me, bc I don't have a major issue with it except for my belly area
It really was damaging at the time, and I had to do a lot of work as an adult to build my confidence. I know so many people can relate to this. Thank you so much for your comment💗
Hi Leila, I don’t usually comment to on TH-cam videos but i had to comment on this one! I was scrolling trying to get some tips and motivation for weight loss. The crazy thing is I am currently 5’3 183lbs same as you were when you started your journey. Thank so much for motivating to get this weight off! God bless you hun!
I love this! I lost 40 pounds too! And I know it’s not easy! I feel like your story is just like mine and I was the fatter friend! And it made me start my TH-cam too! Congratulations! I feel you more than anyone❤️
This is so helpful thank you! I’m 5’2 at 193lbs im really overweight and I need to lose weight for my own health. I always feel lazy and don’t have the motivation to lose weight but this video gave me a lot thank you!
I stopped eating late and went to be a tad bit earlier and it helped a lot. I do workouts that target specific areas 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. I drink green tea every morning (bland) and I drink water a lot.
@@JumokeBiodunKuti I don't have a specific regimen but I can share tips with you. -I started incorporating green tea in my diet (Lipton Green tea Decaffeinated tea bags) and do not add any sugar or sweetners. -3 different workouts that targets what I want to work on. Stomach, butt, and legs. (Chloe Ting and Cindy Flores) -I no longer eat past 9:00 p.m. unless I come late from work and I'm starving. If I eat late from work it has to be a snack that I can digest. -My sleep schedule is 11:00 or 11:30 p.m. Sometimes I come home from work late so I don't count that on my discipline schedule. -Drink at least 3 bottles of water a day. I stopped drinking sugary drinks on a daily. I'll have a soft drink here and there if I'm eating food to help me digest better.
I've started a lot of bad eating habits since the pandemic. Including eating late and directly out of the chip bag. Never used to do that. Started working out last week.
i’m 5’ 10 and starting at 185. my goal is 160-155. i’ve gotten down to 165 but then at lot had changed in my life and i gained the 20 and i’ve noticed an awful change in my health. this has helped a lot in giving me a bit of motivation! Will hopefully be able to update in 2 months!
I’m the same height + same goal! I was down to 158 pre-pandemic but I never got back down after gaining weight during lockdown. I recently started back to my healthy eating plan and trying to be more consistent with workouts (I used to be a total gym RAT, and now it’s constantly a struggle to get to the gym). This is motivating me as well!
I would add that, from a psychological and research perspective, a lot of people struggle to maintain new changes because most advice is about taking things away. It’s easier to add to than to take away. With that being said, like a lot of fitness people often suggest, “change your diet first!” For me, I did the exact opposite. I was eating bad but I was walking and I was seeing changes in my body. Naturally I started eating better because you start to get in tune with your body and you notice how much better you feel when you eat better. I can eat lunch without getting tired. But if I eat a donut I notice I get instantly tired. I would also suggest before and after pics during the journey. I weigh as much as I do now as I did in august and my body is visibly different. My glutes have grown and are rounder and my waist is a 34 when it was a 37. The scale is just a part of the story. This is just my two cents. However, I love the video! Very great information.
Wow totally felt like you were telling my story. I’m a twin and I have always struggled with my weight. My twin sister was always effortlessly petite. I made all these changes 2 weeks prior to coming across your video. Great information thank you!
The key is losing more calories than your taking in. Just walking consistently helps you burn a lot of calories and if you count your calories you can make sure you’re not eating more than you’re losing.
Love the video. I’m 5’4 and I also try to get in 10K steps a day. I absolutely despise the scale. Once a week is all I can do. Love the sneaker collection display too. I’ve gone from stilettos to unique sneakers. Very nice.
Once a week is a healthy length of time to weigh yourself & it’s important to do what makes you feel comfortable. Thank you so much I love sneakers as you can tell😅💗
Very accurate. This is exactly what I did to lose 73 lbs. Once you find your rhythm and stay constant with meal prep it's pretty easy. CONGRATULATIONS!!
These are great tips! I have found drinking warm beverage like water with lime or unsweetened herbal tea especially helpful in curbing hunger and cravings. Thanks again!

This is the realest video on weight loss that I’ve ever watched coz I did absolutely the same thing during lockdown! This video just reminded me of how beneficial all these things were and I’ll happily get back into them (I gained all my weight back cos I went back to eating and drinking all those things 😅)
Thank you so much for this video. Very helpful and encouraging. I will start March 1st and share results in May. I wish everyone much success on your weight loss journey. Take care.
This is me right now. Calorie counting is hard because feeling hungry sucks. Lol BUT I am not giving up and looking forward to losing the weight. I moved to the suburbs after living in the city forever so I haven’t been good about getting around like I used to (I work from home). Baby steps. Congratulations on losing all the weight. Your skin looks AMAZING.
Tell me about it, feeling hungry is hard to fight sometimes but I love your determination, you've got this girl!🙌🏽 Thank you so much for sharing and your lovely comment💗
Yes, I love this. Energy Work is what really helped me with my weight. Because I had so many underlying issues and trauma. That is why I was holding onto weight. When I shifted my internal weight my physical weight shifted. Much love x and well done girl xx
I want to say adding green tea in your diet is SOO GREAT OMG! It be boosting my metabolism throughout the day. I recommend drinking it morning and night. But if you want to get rid of the bloating feeling in the morning then take it at night before bed. If you want to boost your digestion then take it in the morning. (I’m not even gonna lie recently I’ve been drinking it with sugar and lemon juice but it still work obviously not as well but it did something. I normally drink it bland tho when It’s night cause I’m lazy lol)
Thank you for sharing your story. I am 5'3 and 210lb. This is the heaviest I have ever been. Not even when I was pregnant each time with my 3 daughters, was I this heavy. I am going to start my updated weight loss journey and I will come back to update. I been consistently working out since 2021 with small breaks and cheat days and really have not lost any weight. It's like I am maintaining my weight, but not any more since I know now how important food/diet go together.
Hey ladies I’m down to 198lbs I feel good! I been walking 10k steps each day (7days) I also been doing fasting for 16 hrs & eating healthier! I’ll check back in later💞
Your video and testimony is me currently. I weigh everyday and normally it would frustrate me. Thanks for the confirmation to keep going. I’m on my second week of doing all of your tips!
One of the most practical and inspirational videos on weight loss...very simple and your ideas resonate with me ( as someone on the journey )so much I had to like and subscribe.
This video was so inspirational. It couldn’t have been easy. I am currently on my weight loss journey and I have stayed consistent with working out 4 days a week but I realised I wasn’t losing enough because of my diet didn’t change. I have now changed my diet using my fitness pal and Ramadan will also help with shrinking my stomach. Booking classes at the gym helps to stay consistent and accountable!
I confirm your words three years ago whilst unemployed for two years I lost 35lbs in four months adopting a healthy life style and walking 20k to 25k daily. Thanks for sharing.
Great advice! Thanks for sharing your journey! Am I the only one that loved listening to her melodic accent? I am so motivated to try this and give myself a great birthday present this June: a healthier body! I will be sure to let you know how it works out! I got this! Great job, Leila! Looking forward to seeing more content: What you eat in a day, what counting calories looks like for you, workout vids, and even closet tours cause girl your sneaker collection is fire!
Your story is so relatable I started to eat better and exercise this January so I can lose 45lbs but after 2 weeks I wasn’t seeing any results I got so sad and went back to eating lots of sugar it made me so depressed but I’m going to start over and really try to be consistent
Thanks for sharing! I titled this year the year of consistency for me. I reversed all of my progress (funny enough) after the original lockdown; mainly because I started to drink fruitscato…A LOT🤦🏾♀️ These steps really do work! Because it’s how I lost all of my weight originally. I haven’t seen much progress as of late, since I’ve started back up. I even stepped on the scale this morning and wasn’t too happy, but I’m no longer allowing these things to deter me from my growth and progress! I’m getting stronger at the gym again and it’s just time to kick my butt into high gear to get to where I once was and better! It isn’t the year of consistency for me for no reason! We got this ladies! 💪🏽💪🏽

I’ll be back with my update I’m 2 months. I’ve been looking for someone I can relate to. I started September 6th at 186.6 and I am now at 181.6 and it’s only September 10th. I’m also 5’1… so this 40 pound goal of mind is personal! So happy to see my goal is attainable. My body is definitely adjusting to my new calorie deficit! But loving the inspiration. You looked like me how haha so I’m excited to see your results and see where I’ll be soon. Congratulations love 🤍🤍
@@iphone1769 I lost 6 pounds!! I haven’t been on it like I needed, it’s been a lot emotionally but I’ve finally gotten my motivate back! Back on it this week. How’s it been with you!?
I don’t think I could live without my Coke Zero, but what I do instead is limit my intake to two glasses a day and then have plenty of water! Makes a difference :) I also did an unsustainable diet and am going back to calorie counting after nearly regaining all weight lost and what I also find is that the quality of food matters! 200g of salmon has more calories than a protein bar, but has twice the amount of protein and way less ingredients. Plus you get the omega-3. Keep doing what you’re doing!
This was really motivating for me I've just got back on my TH-cam channel and started my daily workouts at home. Coming from someone who is normal like me with similar weight issues from childhood throughout teen years just shows what possible when you put your mind to it
Finally someone with realistic tips. I lost 80lbs in 5 months by doing all these things mentioned however, I practice a low carb high protein diet but losing weight is fairly simple. You just have to make some small changes that don’t require strict diets and unrealistic excercising routines
I love your encouragement. Cutting out those sugary drinks is huge for sure (even gatorade)! And being consistent even when there aren't immediate results is also a big one as I tend to give up too easily. I have been successful at losing weight twice since 2015 with only diet changes (45 and 20 lbs lost respectively) but put the weight back on. I'm a similar height and weight to you when you started. I have tried restarting so many times since 2020 and kept quitting because of no immediate results. Now I have lost 10 pounds in 7 weeks with portion control and eating at a calorie deficit. One thing that has stuck with me that a nutritionist told my husband and it helped us tremendously to make changes- half your plate should be veggies and fruit. I'm trying to lose the weight slower and in a healthier way. The major loss was due to a very restrictive diet I did for decreasing the inflammation in my body and I lost nearly 50 lbs in 6 months. I have begun walking about every other day as far as is reasonable with my chronic pain condition.
I’m diabetic and have high blood pressure. I NEED to drop weight and am doing so with Intermittent Fasting and HIIT. I have to remain consistent no matter what the situation calls for. Your journey is inspiring. I hope in a couple months I will have dropped consistent weight.
1. Change your diet
2. Calorie counting
3. Walking 10,000 steps 6 days a week, rest day 7
4. Cutting out all drinks except water
5. Be consistent
Well done on such a great job! I struggle with the portion control most of all and am really trying to work on that. Hopefully this 2022 I will finally reach my fitness goals!!!
Thank you so much for listing the steps👏🏽 All the best on your journey, I know you’re going to smash it!💗

Yes I was just explaining to my mom how difficult it is for me to stay consistent. Once I lose the weight I get SO RELAXED. Or during the process I’ll get frustrated.
My hardest thing is being consistent as well. I start to get quickly discouraged and stop every time
I hope you found someway to get consistent.

You're so sweet
Gained a lot of weight over the past 2years because of stress and a change of routine...I used to play/train for basketball 4/5times a week and because I love it,it didn't feel like exercise.

Yep, dropping soda (diet or regular) and fruit juices definitely makes a huge difference. To make water more "exciting" add mint leaves, lemon, cucumber, or even ginger slices. And make sure the water is filtered because you can taste the difference compared to plain tap.

I don't have a specific regimen but I can share tips with you.
-I started incorporating green tea in my diet (Lipton Green tea Decaffeinated tea bags) and do not add any sugar or sweetners.
-3 different workouts that targets what I want to work on. Stomach, butt, and legs.
(Chloe Ting and Cindy Flores)
-I no longer eat past 9:00 p.m. unless I come late from work and I'm starving.

You’re gorgeous girl! Well done with the results you are amazing! I’m currently on my journey, and thank you for the tips!

Love this video. Very to the point and you are so right. Congrats on your weight loss. You look absolutely amazing
Good luck I’m going to start today
Try intermittent fasting, which is something she didn’t mention.
Hey ladies I’m down to 198lbs I feel good! I been walking 10k steps each day (7days) I also been doing fasting for 16 hrs & eating healthier! I’ll check back in later💞
@@thatprettycandi congrats! That’s awesome
Thank you for this video! Quick, to the point and all the tips were reasonable. This was the motivation I needed.
Consistency is definitely the key!! Congratulations on your journey.
Great advice! Thanks for sharing your journey! Am I the only one that loved listening to her melodic accent? I am so motivated to try this and give myself a great birthday present this June: a healthier body! I will be sure to let you know how it works out! I got this! Great job, Leila! You are a beautiful young lady! Happy Women's Day to you all the beautiful women of the world!
Very informative, and concise & to the point! Loved the pictures for reference and all the helpful tips. Definitely earned my subscription!
Looking forward to seeing more content: What you eat in a day, what counting calories looks like for you, workout vids, and even closet tours cause girl your sneaker collection is fire!
Thank you so much Cindy🥺 & thanks for the video suggestions, I will definitely have more content for you soon💗
Your story is so relatable I started to eat better and exercise this January so I can lose 45lbs but after 2 weeks I wasn’t seeing any results I got so sad and went back to eating lots of sugar it made me so depressed but I’m going to start over and really try to be consistent
You can do this!🙌🏽💗
U can do it ! Believe me put God in front of your goals and pray for his guidance love
Consistency is the Key that I can’t seem to hold on to. Anyone here willing to be an accountability partner with me?? You look amazing lady!!
I would
🙋🏽♀️
🙋🏾♀️
I want to, we could encourage each other
Let’s do this ladies!!!!!
Thanks for sharing! I titled this year the year of consistency for me.
I reversed all of my progress (funny enough) after the original lockdown; mainly because I started to drink fruitscato…A LOT🤦🏾♀️
These steps really do work!
We're the same weight and started at the same time ! Looking forward to our great results . I'm 5'4 so it's so easy for us to look bigger than we are

@@Leilatorah oh for sure!! Thanks
@@Leilatorah facts!
I don’t think I could live without my Coke Zero, but what I do instead is limit my intake to two glasses a day and then have plenty of water! Makes a difference :)
I also did an unsustainable diet and am going back to calorie counting after nearly regaining all weight lost and what I also find is that the quality of food matters! 200g of salmon has more calories than a protein bar, but has twice the amount of protein and way less ingredients. Plus you get the omega-3.
Keep doing what you’re doing!
I’m loving all of these comments and testimonies! Let’s keep pushing 💪🏾❤️
Wow
Anti inflammation diet and cutting sugar/processed foods is the key. Congrats on your weight loss Luv
It’s really comforting to know that I’m on the right track. Thanks for the video and the words of encouragement ❤️
Thank you so much for this video ❤️ It really inspired me to quit all beverages except water and walk to help me lose weight
This was awesome! You did great! Thank you for sharing and making the video simple and straight to the point. So happy for you love!
Leila, this was such a pleasure to watch! Just your whole persona, and I ove your make-up...Oh, and great tips ;)
I am on this journey as I write. I appreciate hearing about these tips. They are very helpful. I'm going to keep going. Cheers.
I’m diabetic and have high blood pressure. I NEED to drop weight and am doing so with Intermittent Fasting and HIIT. I have to remain consistent no matter what the situation calls for. Your journey is inspiring. I hope in a couple months I will have dropped consistent weight.
Which app are you using for intermittent fasting
@@lelobisonabiso6316 I don’t know which one I want to pay for. Whats the best?
@@djtopshe11f59 if you haven’t gotten a fasting app
You can use ZERO or LIFE app
