The Gacha boxes are scattered all over the place with the new (Oct 30 patch). You can still utilize this run though, especially if you use "The Rack," so you can fit even more large items for credits!

thief in the night runs are crazy good. Spawn elevator in mech trenches. You just run straight up the stairs and he (and maybe a patrol) are in that room. Kill him/the patrol loot the 4-10 containers and 1-5 big items (water, lockboxes.) and extract. The quest gives you 75k and the run takes 1:30-2 minutes. You also get infinite meds since it's a med bay. i have 280 syringes, 80 kits, and 50 big kits.
Yeah this is what I've been doing for a while. This map is just generally easier because it is more easy to navigate through, and is quite dense with loot.
Looks nice but the scrapyard nexus elevator is still awesome too. Extract right at the start, kill every cyborg and you get about 5k exp in about 2-3 minutes. If you need water or other heavy items just go to the medial facility/ammunition room in the mech tranches. Pretty easy to get in and out once you have a route and there is always more than enough stuff to carry. Water, boxes, explosives. (I start at the elevator, run through medical bay to ammunition and use the metal scrap stuff at the right to get out and exfiltrate. It's done in like 3 minutes)
If you get the thief in the night quest you can drive by the thief as well and get an extra 75k credits and 1.5k exp for the 5 seconds of effort. I personally am liking mech trenches more by this point because of how much raw credits you can farm there and there’s more quests you can do quickly and easily.
I don't know if it's happened to you yet, but sometimes, the map goes from sundown red to cloudy cold and there's a bunch of giant anime women and chinese zombies howling all over, you can no longer run around because there's too many patrols, all on the same side and not enough war to distract from you and some skinny crack addict with headlights comes and knocks your head off. It's crazy out there! 🤯
Great video bro. Barely passed 2 missions and Im al over this method not only im coming up it helps get the mechanics down doing it over and over. Thanks man cheers! As you said low risk!
this has been my own loot farm too lol love the video, i pick up that quest whenever its available its so good. I WONT LIE THOUGH, i had NO IDEA you could just click that loot all button I thought it was just like "this is all the loot here" kinda text. this changes everything.
Please pin this instead if you can. TAB > SPACE when looting significantly increase the speed of Loot All instead of manually clicking with your mouse cursor. No problem.
upgrading that ring with higher quality parts will help with the damage you're taking from random shots, i use the same setup and have been since day 1, i've been going full thicc boy into raids now.
Trying other maps really makes you understand how much nicer scorched is to farm from. I partly liked cliffs better when I started because eurasia kept dropping their large cage mech on top of graveyard extract; one or two times it got stuck practically humping the pipe. Far less of an issue once you get the prestige levels up. Graveyard still the faster extract though.
The in-progress place is pretty good if you run into the first room on the left side, hurdle up the Corpse Mountain and run around and grab stuff there. Probably the easiest / fastest non-rep way to get loads and loads of water with the 8 large container rig - not that you need it by that time.
If they keep these awesome runs to make up for dangerous suicide ruins this game will be the best extraction ever. It keeps getting better and the devs are good guys. Thanks for the video! Subbed!!!
Most characters can carry the equipment runner rig personally prefer mask man. Its a good setup in the video no doubt. But you can do better with gunrunner and picking up broken USAS shotguns where three will bring in 50k. Or if you get lucky three broken grenade launchers for 90k.
Or pick them up, then take them back in on your next run, extract with them still in your pack, and they become damaged not destroyed. And then they are usable weapons in your stash. Or sellable for a lot more than when destroyed 😁
Yeah I love this map, but I've never seen these gotcha boxes yet, and yes don't stay in locked room too long, I got stuck in for like 10 mins, every time I opened door it was WW3, and instantly agro, close door lol, then finally I just committed to running, and I open door there's 2 giant exo on fire outside the door. This game is wild I love it
I think if you do this you will just burn yourself out, but it is ofc great to "catch up" if you fall behind, they mentioned in the trailer that you can find loot that is so valuable that the npc will hunt you down, id like to know what that is like
Hunter Killers. Basically, when you loot a lot and it's expensive, they start spawning. I have noticed that since the last hotfix they became spawning more rare than before, not sure if that is intended.
A good early water run is on mech trenches, on the trench spawn. Go straight and get in the right hand catwalk that goes down the wall until you get to a little cargo area that may have a turret, sometimes this has a water or two, then go into the door on the right and you are in a depot with 4 waters and explosives, as well as weapon mods and ammo (this is a great ammo run) then go to the cat walk inside the room and into the infirmary, first door on the right after entering takes you to a straight shot to extract, you also have the potential to find some low level enemies in the depot for some easy weapon loot
THIS people are whining so much about it but its an non finished product and due to change anyways, water barrels can be managed once per run with scav girl or shaman as spirinting is kinda OP with stealth being able to just run past some groups of enemys once they engage a threat people have genuine skill issue when it comes to getting water IMHO because ive averaged 5 barrels (lil over a weeks worth of water) in a single session it isnt hard especially when you know exactly where they spawn and have a point A point B route.
I was super skeptical of it at first, now I kinda hope it stays as it is. Maybe with an upgrade to the innards that increases the time each water barrel is worth slightly, but I'm fine with it as it is
once you can kill exos, most likely with grenade launcher you can grab the bring her in quest, go to Mech trenches kill the guaranteed exo spawn on single player and get 100k for that quest alone. Thief spawns in medical room right near the elevator starting area and it's majority controlled by europans so europan kills/ hunter killer quest is easy here to. Also going through med bay has guaranteed explosive spawns, but idk if mech trenches has a gacha spawn.
So you can actually get two gotcha boxes in scorched enclave. If you flip the switch for that mission that causes the loot box to spawn in scorched, the second gotcha will always be in the bunker. The other spawns in 1 of those 3 spots you showed.
Nah, it's just annoying to have something potentially reset, and then you lose everything. Water is easy to get, but having that loom over your head for a game you may walk away from only to come back to nothing is a pain.
It's just introduced poorly, because right at the start, when you haven't unlocked choosing missions, getting those 3 drone parts can be a PITA. As soon as you can do the explosives quest(s) you basically get infinite water, which doesn't feel like how the game should be either. Perhaps there needs to be something like the more stuff you have unlocked the more water drains, but that doesn't really stand up to a 3 large container rig that can get 2-3 water per 5-10 minute run.
Yup sadly I've ran these but I make it a point to switch things up and either hunt for tank/drone parts or go all out with friends. Grinding the same path is good for the war chest but isnt good for the soul
@@dirtdasty1655 it also takes teh whole vibe out of the game its always just minmaxing every fuck*ng thing, whats teh purpose of playing this then? countless 3 min runs? no thanks
I'd say all the menuing for the explosive quest is kind of a waste of time, you could get that run down to like 1:30-1:45, large lockboxes are worth more than an explosive even with the quest. I had been doing a similar run already without ammo or meds since that's extra time too.
Thank you for this guide. Is there a website (Reddit or something) hosting a simple JPG image about Scorched Enclave map and all of its possible pinpointed gacha-box locations? Sometimes I do my usual fixed run (exactly the same path, like F-1 races) with ScavGirl just to see if one spawns, but they are getting more and more rare after each hotfix. Bummer. TAC cams are a must nowadays with Underground Cemetery, and I don't where else to get it from aside the gachas.
This is...a terrible recommendation. Mech Trenches is the play. I can be full of loot, water or explosives and extract by the time you've left that bunker or even unlocked that door. Go Mech Trenches> spawn elevator>run straight and up stairs heading left into infirmary>clear the patrol then loot all med storage>head NE into armory>there arw always explosives and water, loot all ammo and weapon storage>backtrack S then E out and down hallway>extract stairs.
There's a easier way to get water without shooting and you can get 3 a run with meds and attachments. mech trenches will always be the best place for meds and attachments without a bullet fired.
Got the totem quest? Spawn, check for totem right in front of elevator. Regardless, hit extract. Take totem if it spawned. GGWP, you either get some quick 1 minute XP farm or you get your quest done. Totem doesn't always spawn in front of elevator but we got it after several tries and earned plenty of money/xp. Totem grab can agro a lot of enemies, bring a turret if you want. It's a good opportunity to play with them.

Yeah but if you have to play the game for a week every few months to keep your tank topped up is it really that big of a deal? If you can't care enough to play it in months at all do you honestly care about losing some progression either? You keep the xp and prestige too so you're not even gonna lose everything.
