If you still have a problem with the fight at the railjack mission, just use Octavia. Use the 3, turn invisible and just drop your 1 in the middle of the room you're fighting. The sister won't see/attack you and will just shoot your 1 and defeat her self (I think I can't use the other word :/). A lvl 5 will just deal more dmg to herself. It is a way you can use if you can't deal the enough damage (or at least it should be. This method was used when they came out and it was the first hunts for a lot of people, idk if it has changed)

Jumping to the side was my all time strategy to deal with those guys, but it was not that effective in the new game. Being in a higher ground works sometime but it is not a bullet proof method either. Sometimes they go away until to touch the ground.

NGL I just run a mod that drops their HP by 50%. Still difficult to kill sometimes but now it doesn't feel impossible.

If you give goronc (don't know how to spell his name) all nine deathroots once you actually fight him in farum azula he'll have a different voice line that makes it sound like he was betrayed No 2.
