Water in the Creek: Wash Anxiety & Depression Away

- This video shows how hiking can wash away anxiety and depression. Many folks take an unstable path when hiking (and in life), attempting to keep their feet dry, climbing over wobbly objects. This is fast, but dangerous, especially in old age. It is better to slow down. Look where you are going, change your path as necessary, and enjoy the moment. If the terrain is slippery, use a support system such a walking stick or trekking poles. Wear all-weather shoes, so that getting wet is not a problem. Every obstacle you encounter is different. Learn from your experience. Take your time.
"Don’t be shy about asking for help. It isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of strength. It shows that you have the courage to admit you don’t know something and want to learn something."
The song “Water in the Creek by Josh Woodward is central to the message. Videography by Ken Kramm, March 8, 2024, filmed at “The Waterfall Trail, Placerita Canyon, CA, USA.
I’d rather be old with wisdom than young and careless. Love to you Ken! ❤

Sure ia great to see you again my old friend ❤
today is a good day. notifications of an upload from this channel are treasure
A special message, thank you for sharing this with us Kenneth. The only thing I'd add is that, while we're young, we ought to look behind to see who might need our hands rather than blindly racing ahead chasing only our own goals. The tribe needs it's wisdom as much as it needs my youth!
Heaven is one big creek!
Excellent advice to all, no matter their age😀
Thank you for taking me where I cannot go. 😊

Thank you Mr.Ken, Better get yourself back to Texas for the eclipse. If you leave now you can probably hike it.
I am sad about missing it!
Yep, when I go on a path that is on a decline, i crab walk using my hiking poles, slipping and falling on my butt a few times, lesson learned.
