About the blue tint of the wish glasses, every time I buy glasses I add a filter to protect my eyes from the blue rays (this might not be the correct name) produce by computer screens because I work a lot with computers. This type of protection makes the glasses reflect blue lights, so they have a blue tint to them. It also makes the colos a bit dull, so they are not very good when watching movies or playing video games. If you don't mind the color change, they really do help your eyes not get tired as quickly and even help you a little bit during sunny days. I feel like that's wats going on with the Wish glasses.
Pop, you do realize that almost every computer today has this feature built in don't you? You go to the display settings in the control panel, and there is a colour balance thingy to reduce the blue, red, or green. Most monitors have this as well. PS: this blue blocking thing is marketing hype gone out of control. Blue light doesn't harm your eyes. These glasses just make the whole world get a sickly yellow tint, like old faded b&w photos.
Thank you so much! The slight tint in the counterfeit one reader is actually intentional. It’s so that everyone around you looks just slightly darker skin tone so you don’t feel as bad for wearing a counterfeit, because everyone looks a little on the 3’rd world side.
17:23 One thing I hate with wallets is this plastic window. They always get yellowed and cracked and my license sticks to it. With my last wallet I found one that had a mesh window instead of the plastic. It was amazing so I wanted that when I bought a new one a free weeks ago. I looked through every single wallet at Kohls and found ONE that had the mesh.
Whenever I want to buy something form Wish, I just add up the tota, throw the money into my toilet and flush it, that way I don't have to wait to be disappointed.
The only thing I ever bought from Wish were a pack of 100 stickers from a brand called RipnDip since the ones I wanted from the official store weren’t on sale anymore. Everything else is absolutely not worth it.
I have a Pillow Pad that I use almost constantly. And unlike you, I also use the pocket all the time too. I use a tablet usually, but there ARE some games that I have on my phone. That small pocket on the knockoff doesn't look big enough for my phone. The only drawback is that because I use the pocket, I can only use the one angle where the pocket is upright. If I try to use another angle, my phone falls out of the pocket. It didn't look like the knockoff had a strap either. I find the strap helpful since it allows me to easily lift and move the pillow with just my left hand. I slip my hand through the strap and lift it from the bottom. I have a weak left thumb from an old injury, so holding things with it for any length of time is problematic. The strap makes it much easier and more comfortable. But that feature would be lost with the knockoff. I've never messed with the zipper, so I know nothing about how sturdy it is.
Amazon has started to have these issues too. You see a lot of pages that have photos of the real product and then they send you knock-offs or alter the actual product to include inferior accessories.
Love this idea! I can see why people requested this. The only thing I've compared from Wish is a PopSocket and the Wish version "works" but the PopSocket is so much better in a lot of little ways. The only things I've ordered off WISH is a couple of face masks (that I washed in bleach before wearing them) and also a couple of contact containers. I've had to submit for my money back on every item. It took 2 months longer than they said it would take. 🤷🏼♀️
Lol i bought a bendy foam chair thing on amazon when my recliner broke, and while i rather like how good of makeshift bed it can be, it's a terrible chair. I recently had to wash the cover and let me tell you, trying to squeeze cushions that are half the size of a twin mattress into a very thin very tight cover was just a nightmare.. it took 2 people close to half an hour too do. and im not sure it would survive that more than a couple times.
I use a large business card holder as a wallet and then attached an acrylic ID badge holder to the front and then a rubber phone wallet to the back for quick access for most used credit cards. NOT AS BULKY AS IT SEEMS. 10-12 cards internally, 2 cards in the ID pouch (DL and ECC License) and then 4 cards in the silicone adhesive on the back. Only issue is that the aluminum used deforms easily, but that could be fixed with shims. Though did upgrade to a mini briefcase style that can do 12 cards is much thicker walled, and has two briefcase latches and a handle on it for similar thickness.

I bought a Bushnell red dot sight from Wish. You aptly described shipping when you called it "glacially slow," however, when it came, it came in a generic box. I thought to myself, I knew it. Yet when I opened it up... It was a legit Bushnell red dot sight!
I have bought, Crochet hooks, yarn needles and a few packs of dice and surprisingly all of the stuff came in a resealable amount of time and all of them are in good shape(I look at the reviews and store ratings) and I actually really like my crochet hooks.... I guess I'm just lucky
The pillow pad I got from wish works great. Your were not judging them right because all the original Pillow Pad does is hold a cell phone or tablet just like the Wish ones do.
I bought a knock-off version of the Magic Tap from Amazon last March. Both dispensers died on me after a short while even with fresh batteries. I just went ahead and bought the actual Magic Tap, which I’m happy with. My only issue is that milk seems to go sour quicker than usual, even though I have the dispenser firmly covering the opening of the milk bottle.
I had Wish's version of the Tac Sunglasses and the Antiglare Night glasses. They worked and were about $1 a piece with $2 shipping on each. The problem with them was that they didn't come with packaging and when reodered the inevitable damaged while shipping happened because there was no packaging. The ones I got that worked didn't last long and cracked easily in less than 2 months. I later got the real deal in a 2 pack that had a Sunglasses pair and a antiglare night pair. You get real high definition visual with the real deal. Like you could spot light reflection and refraction you normally wouldn't see at high noon. Like I spotted rainbows in full detail in the sky that were super faint without the glasses on. They came packaged well with sleeves for each and a glasses cleaning cloth and I got the double pack for 9.99 at Wal-Mart. Normally 19.99. And I am still using the same pair of glasses for a whole year. Never broke. The real deal is way better than the knock off and like you pointed out, the real deal wasn't expensive.
The tan tint probably isn't actually a tint, it's an effect cuased by the blue reflective coating on the glasses. Less blue light means things look warmer.
I got the magic tap but not from Wish. I thought it was cheaply made but it worked quite well. The flow rate was pretty good although the top didn't fit well over the bottle and the length of the tube was too short and can't be adjusted. It eventually stopped working so I dismantled it to find out why. It turned out the contacts of the tiny submergible motor at the end of the tube that is suspended in the water rusts. Not an ideal design feature, if the contacts had not received sted it was not a bad product.
I used to order things from wish before I knew of their infamy. That being said, Christmas of 2016 I ordered several wallets as stocking stuffers and every single one of them smelled like polyurethane. Both of my brothers, my cousin, and my son's Godfather had their wallets fell apart within a month, literally in their pockets. I can only imagine that lock wallet doing the same exact thing.
Whenever a notice that there is a new Freakin' Reviews video posted, I know I will have a big smile on my face when I watch it. This one was no different! By the way... a girlfriend said that the end of the Magic Tap looked like a tampon inserter. Now I can't get that image out of my mind! I'm sorry, but I had to share that! 😋
I feel like lock wallet is for membership cards: gym, supermarket, autozone, blockbuster, library. Put barcode on outside so you don’t have to remove from sleeve. Leave in car. Take when you’re going to certain businesses.
BTW, there's this product called the Logitech K480 that has a phone/laptop stand built into it, though you can't use a case or use a thick phone, so there's both pros and cons to it, though the pillow pad could be used for more than just in bed, since you could easily just plop it on a table if you want a tablet stand
The Wish version of the OnePower Readers have a blue light filter on the lenses by the look of it, hence why they look blue/purple at the right angle and why there appears to be a slight tint to the lenses when there actually isn't, its just that less blue light is reaching your eyes.
Love your vids. Just curious, what recourse do the real manufacturers have against Wish or the knock off companies? I noticed on the hat it said patent pending, so is Wish not liable until the patent is granted?
Beings that all of these items are manufactured in china anyways, i cant see anyone really doing anything about it. Like james said the best way to stop this is not to feed it.
This episode kinda made me sick with the increasing realisation of our plastic waste problems. Like, that footage clip was only _one_ warehouse. Where do we even START to combat this? 😖
I think the reason why you'd have a fake of something already affordable is accessibility. Not everything is available worldwide, and most of the times when they are the prices skyrocket and not to mention shipping costs.
You can see with the wish glasses they have a blue light filter. You can see the blue reflection when you look at the lenses. It’s weird they didn’t advertise that feature
Lock wallet made the change because not many notices those details when counterfeiting, so that is kind of a trick to see if your material is real or not. Most people who buy counterfeit and think it's real don't know the real one for example has distinguished features
Not a Wish fan, but the readers from Wish do have a Blu Blocker coating, that's the iridescent blue look at the lenses from the angled front, that is the reason they're not quite as clear looking as the AS Seen On TV readers.
Can we eventually get a review of That Bravo XL Air Fryer "Smart Oven" it looks pretty large and the half hour infomercial has been on TV for a while now. I kinda want to see what if anything it does that's worth it

I enjoy your reviews and I love your dog Bailey. Give her a hug for me.
Now I know why called they're called "Wish". Theyll make you WISH you had the real products XD
You'll wish you had your money back .
@@Gransonec You'll wish you never pressed "Add to Cart"
You'll "WISH" you hadn't bought a cheap knock-off of the original product.
I feel like lock wallet is for membership cards: gym, supermarket, autozone, blockbuster, library. Put barcode on outside so you don’t have to remove from sleeve. Leave in car. Take when you’re going to certain businesses.
I have 3 pairs of the one readers from Qvc. all three pair broke by screw. So i glued them. They still work but the frame is not made good .
I just realized i live in the country the shirt is telling. Yay for me!
BTW, there's this product called the Logitech K480 that has a phone/laptop stand built into it, though you can't use a case or use a thick phone, so there's both pros and cons to it, though the pillow pad could be used for more than just in bed, since you could easily just plop it on a table if you want a tablet stand
Love all your videos, best reviewer out there
Hey! That add-a-rest, do you still use it? Did you find it? Amd can we get a link to it??
If you're interested in growing your Arctic product collection I ran across the Arctic Air Tower fan at my local Home Depot
The Wish version of the OnePower Readers have a blue light filter on the lenses by the look of it, hence why they look blue/purple at the right angle and why there appears to be a slight tint to the lenses when there actually isn't, its just that less blue light is reaching your eyes.
Favorite reviewer!
I have a something like the pillow pad. I love using it with my iPad.
Looks like the wish glasses have a blue blocking. Coating. Used for computers screens , helps milage headaches from long seasions
Charging handle for ar 15 has worked well. 308 muzzle break did great. Everything else was crap.
That wallet is the George Constanza special.
was that an American express platinum card ;:i 18:19
This episode kinda made me sick with the increasing realisation of our plastic waste problems. Like, that footage clip was only _one_ warehouse.
Where do we even START to combat this? 😖
And the people who manufacture that trash get paid pennies a day.
Both these comments are so true & make my tummy hurt.
@@AmberAmber the biggest pollution country is china. The United States is actually trying to combat our trash and CO2
I think the reason why you'd have a fake of something already affordable is accessibility. Not everything is available worldwide, and most of the times when they are the prices skyrocket and not to mention shipping costs.
One difference I noticed in the glasses is that the wish glasses seemed to have more of a reflection in the camera where a the one power didn't
Great review. I have never ordered off of Wish, but maybe.........? I do not know.....
Those shades are a trip😎, great video
I saw an expensive dish soap push down dispenser online, found one on wish and it is amazing and about 1/5 the price
Can you do a review on the forged in fire knives. Love you videos
You can see with the wish glasses they have a blue light filter. You can see the blue reflection when you look at the lenses. It’s weird they didn’t advertise that feature
0:02 nice glasses man you look like a billionaire with those on
Lock wallet made the change because not many notices those details when counterfeiting, so that is kind of a trick to see if your material is real or not. Most people who buy counterfeit and think it's real don't know the real one for example has distinguished features
Happy birthday ! Wishing you many more !
Magic tap link is broken just an FYI. Great side by side comparisons.
The pillow pad actually has SIX angles. Just flip it over and there are rests on the other side of each arm. 😊
That tint for the Wish version of OnePower readers indicates blue light blocker.
Believe it or not...
They sell the Lock Wallet and Slim at my VA in "original" packaging...
Do you re-apply tape to your ID every time you review a wallet? And or have you ever had an awkward moment where you left it on?
Not a Wish fan, but the readers from Wish do have a Blu Blocker coating, that's the iridescent blue look at the lenses from the angled front, that is the reason they're not quite as clear looking as the AS Seen On TV readers.
The man, the legend himself !
I am surprised the products showed up. I ordered some gimmick things for a party 2 years ago and I am still waiting 😂😂
Can we eventually get a review of That Bravo XL Air Fryer "Smart Oven" it looks pretty large and the half hour infomercial has been on TV for a while now. I kinda want to see what if anything it does that's worth it
