I bought one of those pump slicers because of your review and I love it! I use it almost daily for sweet potatoes. I've used it to cut carrots for soup and had so many compliments on how super thin my carrot slices were. I absolutely love that slicer and if it ever breaks I'll run right out to get another one
Yes I just put that in my cart on Amazon. I have a slicer from over 20 years ago and you have to keep changing the blades and it’s a little bit scary. I probably would have more salads for example if it didn’t take forever to cut things
I have k e of those slicers but as yet (more than a year) I haven’t used it. I’ve had a V-Slicer for more than 30 years (a mandolin) and it works perfectly - maybe I need to give my slicer like the one you showed just to see how I like it. One big thing is that I can use larger diameter veggies (like potatoes) that won’t fit into the push slider.
@@sandybruce9092 that’s the kind that I have what you called the V slicer and I have this one in my cart on Amazon because even using the little holder with the prongs I still feel like it’s too dangerous
@@dcwatashi I’ve never had a single ooops with the V Slicer. Sometimes I use the holder and sometimes I don’t % but I’m very careful. Yes, I do need to change blades but it’s so much easier,to clean - just wash any individual, blade used. There are some really nice sliders available and if a person finds one that works - great! 19:50 scrubbers and sponges that suggest you put soap in them actually work better if you put water in them and drizzle a little soap on them as normal. Instead of having way too much soap, you get just the right amount of soap for a lot of dishes and it is optimally hydrated. Works much better than the intended use of the reservoir! (I usually use the one with the sponge end) Edit: I change the water after every washing- you don't want it to sit and grow things.

I've been watching all your vids since some years now and i'm still getting surprised by your dedication. I don't know any other channel doing similar long term updates and these do a lot for your credibility. Could even do a video on products you kept using for the last 5+ years.
These 1 year in review videos are always so nice to see! I use these a lot to figure out what products you've reviewed to try as I might not have as much disposable income to spend on random stuff
The Washwow looks like a food sanitizer that Ann Reardon just discussed on her channel How To Cook That. As a food scientist, she was able to explain how electrolysis works and why a device this size isn't going to be effective. So no surprise it didn't imress you. I didn't see your original review for the food slicer, but that certainly peaked my interest!
My mom has a food slicer like that, it's perfect for slicing so many things. She mainly uses it to make dehydrated fruits and they come out super consistent.

I have used a dish washer handled dispenser for years. I hate sponges. I keep packages of refill scrubber heads. We have a dishwasher, but I wash pots, pans, and knives by hand. Best thing ever.
I got the same kitchen slicer, works very well but the time and effort needed to clean the small bits stucked inside really make me consider just taking out the knife and chopping board sometime
Thank you James for reviewing what kept and what you didn't keep. It helps tremendously ! I to cannot believe you've been on for 39 years, you must have awesome young gene's in family 😊. Thx again, looking forward to the other one's. Happy Sunday.
I use that dish brush (without soap) for general household scrubbing where I don't want to risk damaging any surfaces. I like it quite a lot, especially the ergonomics. I haven't actually ever used it on dishes.
I actually found out recently that the ninja creamis way of making ice cream comes from a restaurant grade expensive machine, as in you have a frozen puck that gets shredded to pieces by blades. I think that machine was over 50,000, making the ninja even more value for the price
It's about 15,000 I don't know where you got 50 from. And the restaurant version is a lot more powerful. But yeah, the original patent ran out and Ninja produced a cost reduced version almost immediately. It you have a use for the Nija Creami then they're more than worth any money. Amazing machines.
Yeah I actually remember/found out that I was leaving comments ripping on the ninja creami for being useless only to find out it was based on an expensive professional and a TH-camr even tested it only to find that the creami is nearly as good mostly just a weaker motor that wouldn’t stand up to constant industrial use. But 50k is kinda nuts from what I heard the pacojets were around 3-8 thousand dollars. Not even 15k like the other commenter said
I have three of those cable organizers (desks at home and at work and my nightstand). They have held up incredibly well, and they're heavy enough to stay put without adhesive unless you really yank the cables.
With all of these mop videos, have you ever done one of these “vacuum mops”? For example the the Bissell CrossWave. I know you shouldn’t use Steam Mops on Wood Floors, but these are gaining popularity and with dogs I do a lot of mopping.
I just came across the Presto Stuffler Stuffed Waffle Maker. It looks super interesting in both savory and sweet options. A stuffed waffle burger sounds good. Thought you might like to try it out since you've done other waffle makers in the past.
Love our Nija Creami although we are waiting for a warranty replacement not sure what happened but we started having issues after about 3 months of use.

Brushes with built in dispensers are sold to increase sales of liquid soaps. Some ninja products seem quite gimicky, such as their bbq you can load with wood pellets for added smoke but others like the creami are domestic versions of restaurant/catering machines.

Thanks for the review! I bought Ninja Creami only because of your review. 😊 Here in Texas, the hot weather lasts so many months cold foods feel better to eat than hot stuff. It works very well to make all natural ice cream, easy to add even veggies to children's ice cream. Most store bought has too much additives and sugar. I have multiple kitchen gadgets and slicers, but if you still use your slicer that much, I believe it would work for me also. A second one I think to buy after seeing this is that floor mop. I use steam cleaner, but it requires more time to heat it, power cord etc. This mop could be handy, just a quick kitchen floor cleanup after kids drop something.
And one of my neighbors daughters used to work for a cleaning company and says you have to be careful with those steam mops because the heat can lift the linoleum tiles off the floor. I wanted to keep using my steam mop because I have pets in the house and don’t want to clean with any cleaners So I try not to stay on any area for too long
I bought the butter mill, the sticks of butter from Costco are too wide (about ¼ inch) to fit in it. I don't know if there are different size sticks of butter. It works pretty well, but I put plastic wrap around the plunger, it was not a tight fit.

My thoughts on the waffle toaster based only on your review. If you had used the correct amount of batter, it would have worked fine. There needs to be directions on how much batter to use. Also, it should make a good omelette if you pour in beaten eggs. Thanks for your hard work!
The WashWow seems so silly to me. I use a cheap battery-powered toothbrush with various detergents to do stain removal. The combination of scrubbing and vibration works better than anything else I have tried.

I think the reason I got a different one was because the one you purchased was out of stock, which seemed odd to me at the time. Thanks for the video!!!
Only just occurring to me, the butter mill would be annoying to use if you live in a country where butter comes in larger blocks than that. You'd have to cut it down to size.
Pva mop, worst thing ever. It was awkward and hard to manage. It was almost impossible to get it wet in one piece. It was too large for a regular bucket. What do you do with items after the one year review?
I can’t believe you’ve been doing this for 39 years 😭
Where are you guys picking up this information about 39 years? His TH-cam channel was created in 2013 so that’s only 10 years
Do you have ever tested some magnetic charging cables ?
Pva mop, worst thing ever. It was awkward and hard to manage. It was almost impossible to get it wet in one piece. It was too large for a regular bucket. It seems like it would be great but for people with strength and movement issues, it actually became quite difficult. I threw it away after the first failed use.
Did ever test the toilet bowl cleaner that goes in the tank it looks like an air freshener.
Growing the beard out! I'm getting Yukon Cornelius vibes, lol.
