    I know we normally don't cut through a carrier sheet, but I have a reason that I want to, using some puff HTV... how much should I increase my blade depth so it cuts through the carrier sheet but doesn't cut my mat?

      Every brand and type would vary... test cuts will be your best friend in this case, but I'd start with the Texture Cardstock setting to test.

    Hey, I just bought a Cameo 5 along with a bunch of accessories and have gotten no response....literally *ZERO* response....from their customer service email. I've sent about a half dozen emails going back over a week now and haven't gotten any responses to any of them. I'm looking for *ANY* user (someone who isn't paid or sponsored by the company) to give honest answers about customer service. Do you know how to get support? Clearly there is no phone or email support. Thanks.

      The only way to contact Silhouette Support is by email - support@silhouetteamerica.com
      Each time you start a new email, that will start the process over again and adds a new ticket - it does not mean you'll get an answer faster, but can delay it. Typically emails are answered in the order they are received and depends on how many people are in front of you. They are not open on weekends and we did have a holiday recently, so it can get backed up. But it can also depend on what the exact issue is and what department it has to go to.

      @@SilhouetteSecrets Thanks. I asked them a question about the business edition of the software. I don't care about weekends. 9 days (so far) without so much as a confirmation that the email was received it unacceptable. It's not just unacceptable, it's worse than any company I have *EVER* interacted with. And it's probably why their business rating on Google 1.6 stars. I'm not the only person who tried to contact their customer support without a response.

      @@SilhouetteSecrets Sorry, I wasn't blaming you. I understand you don't work for Silhouette. I was able to get an answer to my original. But not from Silhouette. Not only have they not responded to any of my original questions (it's been TWO weeks without a response now), I also tried asking another really basic question from a different email address just as a test. It's been over week without any response to that question as well.

      @Janthony_23 you'll get faster answers from the community, especially on basic questions. Those of us who have taught Silhouette for many years know more than the front lines of Silhouette Support and we understand the questions. They just search the FAQ on the website to look for an answer to send back to you. You can also do that and if they do send you a response, I'm sure it will be the exact same as what you could find.

      The only thing we can't usually fix or answer is specific account questions. Silhouette Support is the only one who can access your account....
