Chopped Bar Lowers - Split Lowers for Harley Davidson Road Glides and Street Glides

- These are the Split Lowers for the chopped bar on the Harley Davidson Road Glide and Street Glide. I had a lot of fun creating these and took my time over the last five months of designing them to make them as smooth as possible off the 3D Printers. These will fit the old and new chopped bar. The fog lights are Vision X Canons 3.7”. The speakers installed are Euphoria 8” speakers, but the lowers are set up for any 8” or 6.5” with the insert. The glove box is also great.

Amazing! I just bought a 24 Road Glide and was shocked that I wasn’t able to add lowers. This is exactly what I need. Is the bar on my 24 the same as the 23 1/2 CVO? I have no idea. I am interested in the fog light/glove box version. Will contact you on your website!
Yes - it is the same bar
Definitely like to set up. Have you considered making a little bit more of a streamline version for the upper part. Something along the line of a glove box, instead of a speaker set up?

does this application come with a tweeter option for the 8" lower like the dirty birds?

These are custom when it comes to larger speakers and if you have a tweeter you want to send, it can be installed.
Any plans on designing a lower that works with the flat out guards on the 2024 Road Glide CVO ST?

Can I order mines at the same angle at standard lowers where the speaker faces back and not up

Is there enough clerance for the Heavy Breather air cleaner?
There is room for the stock breather in the video.
The HD Heavy Breather is NOT stock on the 2023.5/ 2024 CVO.
It is curved (elbow) similar to the air cleaner on the 2024 CVO ST.
So I guess you are saying the lowers won't clear.
@@Jedi_Obi-Wanthat’s not what I’m saying. The ones you see in the video fit the stock breather on that bike. You would need to look at the video and the distance to see if it may work. Or get a set and check it. If it doesn’t quite clear, there are 3 other versions of lowers for the chopped bar, 2 of which should clear. Lastly, I can custom make something for someone if they want.
