► Spinach
► 2 tablespoons of butter
► 1 small white onion diced
► 2 garlic cloves diced
► 2 tablespoons of flour
►1&1/2 cup of milk
►1/2 a tsp of salt
►1 tsp of black pepper

Add creamora powder milk, it will surprise u. Try and dissolve ur flour in milk before pouring to avoid bumps.

This might be because using normal milk might make your spinach accede your Calcium daily intake causing your body to release it making your bones weaker
