"Most suffering is self-created suffering", very good point! Instead of making mind overloaded and stressful trying to overcome negative feelings in life, meditation is the best way to ease mind and get self out of blue.

Mingyur Rinpoche comes on this planet for every sentient being. Is it possible to translate this video in other languages like Spanish, Portuguese, French, German etc. ? Many people can’t have access to the Teachers because they don’t speak English. So consequently they don’t understand their teachings and the meaning of Refuge. If they don’t understand what means Refuge they can’t take Refuge. Please can you translate in other languages Mingyur Rinpoche’s teachings? Thank you so much!

most people in the room raise their hand about 10 secs after they breathe 3 times. the rinpoche took around 20++ secs.

Why you come here? Stressed out, learn to drink water, becouse its free..... and they work at google. Sad jokes but that is reality.
You go see a monk speak about meditation and wisdom to nurture your spiritual side and hopefully apply what you learn to your everyday life.
