No it can't. My passenger still had a blast though :D !
Needs a little more power,50 bhp extra maybe, great driving, car is holding up well.
Got mine today after waiting for almost 1.5 years.
Had a Cayman GTS 4.0, the Yaris can't keep up but is just as fun, especially considering the price tag ð
@@grahamhaynes7658 before power I need better cooling. Car doesn't hold more than 2 laps at this level of push. Oil cooler and intercooler are going in :). That should already give me "more power" since the ECU will not be trying to bring things under control.
@@dantesparda2016 what I see in the Yaris is incredible mechanical grip. In and out of slow corners, where aero doesn't play a big role, mechanical grip can really keep you close to the big boys. It's impressive!
@@GreatMotors Pro Alloy intercooler on mine, very goodð
Looks good but is the tire pressure not a bit sketchy?
Why would you say so? This was around the pressure I enjoyed the Cup2s the most ? Given the hi outside temperatures I was only managing 1 push lap at the time, but they were working really well.
Question about the brakes. Stock? How many pads and discs have you changed so far?
Always check video description, often info there:
"Brakes: Motul RBF 660 + Braided Brake Lines + Endless ME22 Pads"
As mentioned above, brakes have a few easy modifications. Brake pads last around 40laps, rotors did 120.
Thinking of upgrading the yards?
There some goodies coming in, yes :)!
@@GreatMotors how bout trying out the new gr corolla 2023 instead. I'm dying to see a drag race between these two in stock variants
@@OPTCO1 I think there are very little markets where those two models overlap. Here in Europe I believe there are no plans to make the Corolla available, so unfortunately it will be virtually impossible to get one.
Still a great lap though. Shame about the yellow flag . Whatâs your best time this season ?
Somewhere around 7:55 I believe.
@@GreatMotors Impressive time, congratulations on that! You seem to be very experienced and really fast with your GR Yaris, still Captain Gaskrank is somewhere around 07.30 with his one, which is just crazy in my opinion.
@@Altesego1heâs got a couple more mods but most importantly MUCH better tires.
@@Altesego1 Gaskrank is accelerator crazy, you can see where it comes from ð. I do think he is running more power and much wider tires. When I have the car properly setup how I like it I will try to go for a track day and really see what I can get out of it.
