I can study from books, notes etc but none of them motivates me as much as your videos Zachary and the only reason for this is your pure passion for being a doctor. As you explained in the "secretion" that if a drug is non-polar, hydrophobic, small it will be easier to filter into the tubules, but these are the same qualities that are needed to reabsorb anything back into the blood, if anyone can explain it to me in replies I'll be very thankful.

Zach pls explain this …if a drug is coming from liver which has undergone phase 1 & phase 2 rxns…it becomes polar .. as u said …then how in kidneys the non polar drug molecules can be excreted out . ? It’s v confusing

Are you sure that polar and nonpolar drugs are not confused with their molecular weight ? What I know is Polar drugs using Glomerular Filtration Rate have small molecule. **Im confused.
