Traxxas TRX-4 High Trail Upgrade How To- Servo & BEC

The TRX-4 Sport is not new to the RC Driver Workshop. We’ve built up a full project with this platform on our RCDriver_Online Channel. And so now that we have a High Trail Edition in the fleet, some upgrades were inevitable and Greg thought it would make a great project series for this RCDriver 2 channel. Greg will only be adding a few option parts over a few videos and this one starts with swapping out the stock servo and powering that servo properly.

I've had good luck with the 400 servo, using a BEC absolutely. I'm also using one in a Ryft Kit with a Castle system. BEC set to 7.0 Volts with no issues and its strong. I know others have had different results/opinions but my experience has been good. Thanks Greg. Always enjoy your Traxxas tutorials. Like button energized.

Traxxas definitely has it figured out, I have that setup in a TRX 6 Hauler and it works awesome....love sticking with all the Traxxas factory components 💯

Great video one thing I can't seem to get is end point adjustment on this SPORT all my other Traxxas trucks no problem with the TQI transmitter but this tx TQ with no menu button just don't let you do the steering end point adjustment that servo hums on max steering it needs to be backed off a bit! Any help would be deeply appreciated Thankyou again Ike
