The condition of old beaten up air crafts on Delhi-Toronto sector being operated by Air India is terrible. Around 70% of entertainment systems not working, old worn out & torn seats, planes falling apart. Air India is giving itself & it's partner "Singapore Airlines" a Bad name by continuing to operate such aircrafts. They charge for all the services but do not provide basic services like functional entertainment systems. The reason that they are going to change to newer aircrafts soon does not give them an excuse to operate such, old & beaten up aircrafts. They should be refunding money to people for the inconvenience caused.
Air India staff are perceived as lacking professionalism and class. There's a belief that while improvement is possible, it will require significant time and investment. The frustration stems from the presence of employees who seem unable to grasp the importance of enhancing the customer experience and ensuring that flights are enjoyable for passengers.
