Underrated channel :D My least favorite is the same one again and again We have a russian guy at our gym that doesnt talk much. He just submits you with the same move until you defend it properly Sucks to be in the 15th arm triangle within 30 mins
Step 1) Get North South Top Step 2) Crawl up the body Step 3) Apply Smother choke with hairy thighs and sack Step 4) Sit back slightly for glorious victory.
Baseball bat chokes and wrist locks, both are low test weasel submissions. If you wrist lock me, you’re saying you want me to crossface, knee on neck, forearm over face RNC you.
the straight ankle lock from back position caught me offguard many times as well. however when i asked my 5th degree black belt coach about it he didnt even know what i was talking about. so im glad to hear someone else talk about it :D
There is a guy at our gym who has caught me in a sneaky bicep slicer when I pass a certain way... he has probably caught it 4 times on me now. Its actually at the point where he starts laughing before he gets the tap.
The cross collar choke should be in the S tier, there is nothing worse than getting caught in one of these. They can come from anywhere, if someone taps you with this, its pretty much a show off move to say that they are way better than you, there is no real defense against them and the best way to avoid it is just be digging your head to your opponent's chest from top position or holding him tight from the bottom in the hopes that he doesn't find a way to cross choke you from there.
I'm an "upper" white belt. We had a new white belt come in, friends with a blue belt. Claims it was his first class, I'm not entirely convinced. He worked with the blue belt most of the day, then worked with me for the last roll of the day. I'm basically just walking him through what guard and side control are, and we're going back and forth, and then suddenly with 35 seconds left he hits me with a cross collar choke. I'm like "how tf did he learn that?" We reset, and 10 seconds later I had his back. I don't think I've ever been that fast in a roll before, but I was not going to let someone on day 1 get away with that.
I wonder if this counts as pressure, but when I was a white belt, I got caught in the asphyxiation choke from kesa gatame. That's the worst tap I've ever felt.
Can opener. Someone did it to me over ten years ago and I just remembered and thought it was a bit unacceptable especially as was a beginner and he really did it fast. How bad can those injure you? I’m assuming the outcome is paralysis
High lvl Guillotines and baseball bat chokes from Mount are the absolute most demeaning ways to go out. Guillotine because it happens so quick, baseball bat because it makes you realize you don’t use frames/shrimp enough
I can't find the name of the submission one of the other white belts caught me in, but you know the head and arm triangle? Well this was a leg-and-groin triangle from the back. All the pressure of the triangle hold was going straight up the middle. That one sucked.
Lateral kneebar S tier it’s when a blue belt or leg lock beginner sets up a kneebar but your getting out and they decided to still crank and pop your MCL or LCL yeahhhhh it sucks
I hate heel hooks because I am a scared white belt just not willing to roll the dice with my knee ligaments. Having said that I as a small female I believe there should be a 200 kg man who routinely visits all of the gyms to teach larger white belt males the meaning of pressure so they understand that they are wankers - not legends - for winning by squishing me! Higher belt heavy weights know how to roll me without breaking every rib!
Tyler Sprinkler is coming for you
I hate all ankle locks…. It’s like spamming a low kick in Mortal Kombat
Just tickle the feet
Get better at the game
Sounds like you have some weak Achilles
Wrist locks are worst
The name of your channels makes it all worthwhile

I took a picture of the guy at 3:20 in 2013 using pressure to get to an Americana/wristlock. It was my most liked post for like two years 😅😅😅
Every one of these is relatable. Great video

Sounds like sexual assault
T-bag kimura! I’m laughing my ass off 😂😂😂 it is so much better than “dorsal kimura” by John Danaher
Can opener and neck cranks in light training. Like dude there are no medals here and i want to be able to look side to side tomorrow.
Idk I think having the back then getting ankle locked should be higher, it's pretty embarrassing
The only time I ever got that was when a Judo blackbelt came to try Bjj. He took my back in like 5 seconds but crossed his ankles. Rookie mistake.

No buggy choke?
Assumed S Tier
I tried that on a grappling dummy. Armbarred myself.
Triangle's, arm bars, and hard crossfaces suck. Im guilty of winning my first comp match ever with that third one tho
I had to tap from a body triangle. I felt my lower back cracking and he even healed some of lower back tightness that I had for weeks. L or W?
Definitely a w, hope you learned what not do! We’ve definitely all been there
I had people fix my neck with head locks.
Had to get my head grabbed from both sides, though.
2:36 Worser if an opponent is not wearing a rash guard
Agree with this one
Thats why it is also referred to as "MOTHERS MILK" -_-

dude, i can't watch this video without laughing lol
Now I feel bad that I made most people that I rolled with tape from my Ezekiel choke in no gi.

Move of the day 😂😂😂 it’s so true
Am I really one of the only people that wears cups when rolling?!?! Helps keep those balls from getting smashed up into your esophagus 😉
Yes you are and i wouldnt let you come Close to me anywhere.
yeah bro why you wearing a cup lol.
I do catch wrestling at an mma gym and a cup is a must there, going 100% and catching a knee to the balls sucks
I guess the tater falls under the pressure category
any submission i get caught in when they are 15-17 years old :|
My striking coach crossed his ankles on my back and he had to sit out for his own class 😭(striking is right after bjj)
When you've got their back and they armbar you ☠️

i do not like getting smothered by hairy opponents... i sometimes get their hair in my mouth guard.

It’s 2023. If you’re afraid of crossing your feet on the back, you might want to ask why your instructor can’t keep up with the times
Shin locks..Long bone attacks make bee jay Jay guys cry.. Catch guys are cryptonite 😭😭
Body triangle?
Facts - Absolutly brutal
Wrist locks
Why the ezekiel lol, is it because you can get it without having a dominant position?
In my eyes you may as well get up and leave the gym after getting Ezekieled
@MyGrapplingSucks because it's stupid easy to defend I guess? 😅
IDK, it's my go to sub, as a 330 lb 6'2 man if I get you in mount, it's over 😅
better quality video bro, nice
There are people training without cup ?!
Song?
W video

Actually no I got you confused with another TH-camr, this is the same quality of video as previous ones
Wirstlock the world 🌎
Wrist locks are so soft… Much rather just get look choked
Are we really leaving this stupid bow and arrow choke out of the equation

Or you could simply start communicating.
"Please don't put so much pressure on from top" - how hard is that?
Ezequiel...
In Judo, the kata-ha- jime. That is worse than the rear naked.
