  • Everybody wants a better brain because it ultimately leads to a better life, but when it comes to brain health many people don't know where to start. In this video, Dr. Daniel Amen reflects on the recent loss of his father by recalling the story of how his father finally came around to take his health seriously. Dr. Amen also tells his story of Nancy, who realized that if you start with just one simple thing, it can lead to a multitude of better decisions, better habits, and better health than ever imagined.

I think your Dad would be proud of you now. Thank you for sharing your stories about him so lovingly and honestly. You live what you teach and are an example for all of us on how to create brain health that carries over to self respect and healthy relationships. Thank you for being that light and showing us the way. My thoughts are with you and your family during this sad time.

I lost my dad in 1973 and miss him everyday. We had a difficult relationship at times. He was a decent, honest, intelligent man and he did tell me he was proud of me and he knew I was proud and grateful. He still is my compass.

Dr Amen you are so "serious"ly caring and genuine. That is where the serious happens in your life.

So much of what you say makes so much sense, being in infection control for the last 20 years, mold remediation and control for the last six! I’ve been successful in eliminating mold sinus and lung infections, and apparently blood infections, since I don’t react to new mold anymore! I use a 1000 mg garlic every four hours regimen for a day and a half for interior infections, and bronchial infections, I use the old standby, hydrogen peroxide diluted 50% with distilled water, just like the CDC recommends for gargling!
I do the bare minimum, inhale one deep breath through my nose and one through my mouth of the diluted hydrogen peroxide, 2 to 3 pumps, 3 to 5 inches from my face, with my eyes closed! Because it also breaks up mucus, you may feel it working within seconds! Any pain, is exactly like the pain on your arm on infected cuts. I found that it takes at least four treatments in 48 hours to kill it, but recently realized that your body can mask a low-grade infection, so I tell people to do one more after all the symptoms disappear!
And if you look up the Covid approved disinfectants list on the EPA website, you’ll see there are over 90 hydrogen peroxide products approved to kill Covid. I already used hydrogen peroxide in my throat sprays, toothpaste, and gargle. Oh, in my ears and cuts too! So it’s already approved for in the body use! And the website says it kills it as fast as 15 seconds! There’s a Russian study on hydrogen peroxide that they’ve tried to hide by changing the title and putting brackets around it, but it says the fastest thing that killed every virus and microbe they put up against hydrogen Peroxide was coronavirus! Avian flu being the hardest, at 27 minutes! Coronavirus at under a minute!
I have given up waiting for symptoms to get better or worse, my testing period is over! If I can’t eliminate symptoms by blowing my nose or clearing my throat, there’s something there that shouldn’t be.

I’m so sorry for your loss, Dr. Amen. I love the scripture you quoted, too. I have always been a truth seeker, and want it whatever it might be. Have you heard of Dr. Andrew Farley? He is a linguistics professor at Texas Tech, and prior to that, Notre Dame. I mention him because I thought you might be encouraged by him, you can find him here on TH-cam. I discovered you recently and appreciate your willingness to be be transparent with the internet of helping others. Thank you and God bless you.

Just sent a copy of this link to my family, boy they could all use some parts of it! Especially love the argument and asshole husband thing! I literally thought you were talking about my oldest boy until you got to the cabinet shop! He seems to love smoking marijuana, and that makes him argumentative as hell, being a narcissist!
