- Come see my ocean front condo here in Hua Hin Thailand! I love it so much, it's 12,000 baht a month, right next to the ocean, close to grocery stores and mountains, and is super quiet. It was easy to find an apartment online at ddproperty.com. Maybe I could find a cheaper place, could probably rent a house for this money but I'm really happy here. We have a pool, and a gym, laundry and water downstairs, super fast internet, and the sun doesn't beat down on my windows all day so it's nice and cool all day.

Careful, accidentally stopped in Hua Hin on 1st trip to Thailand and ended up staying there for 5 enjoyable years! Love the whole area! Starter tour suggestion: after a walk on the beach and a visit up the hill at the end -Khao Takiab / chopstick mtn - but mostly known as 'monkey mtn' (beware;) suggest bike South a few mins to Khao Tao and check out the postcard village there & Wat Tham Khao Tao oceanside on the hill. Then find the path at the base of Khao Tao hill, bike around the lake, turn left at the other end towards the sea and you'll come to Haad Sai Noi beach one of the nicest little beaches in Thailand. Another short trip would be from the train stn up the hill to Hin Leh Fai viewpoint over all of HH. Then... well there's sooooo much more to see and do around HH and PKK areas. Enjoy!

it amazes me how the laundry facility is ultra ultra modern compared to any around here (USA). Now if they are as high performance as they appear... then moving there would be an upgrade. I'm just not a condo person even if it is the best way to live. Something tells me they are into tourism? A nice change of atmosphere perhaps. Not too surprising to find that it is so artsy crafty. The people there are still proud of their accomplishments.

Wow the ocean and fresh air is a big bonus, kinda makes up for the view. If I was that close to the ocean I would be in there often gettin grounded in the Magic salt water!! Best grounding there is it is said

Bum sprayers are almost always adjustable! There should be a knob or lever below, down by the lower side of the toilet. You can adjust the water pressure of the bum sprayer.

Yeah it's not as oppressively hot in the south. When I lived in Thailand and I was traveling up north on break in April, I couldn't believe how hot it was. Enjoy the South and the warm ocean water and bio-luminescence!

Nice apartment. Plastic sofas seem to be a thing in Asia. Easy to wipe down when you come in all sweaty. Crying out for some VP art on those bare walls. Team photo with Kent and the gang?

That's a nice apartment and building complex Kasey. Great price. I like Hua Hin from what you've shown us so far. It looks cleaner, and some shots you took from your bike as you were riding to the condo sort of looked like parts of LA haha. Did you know the colored stain glass on the stairwell across from your building is in the style of Piet Mondrian a Dutch artist? He was way ahead of his time and his style of art still works today. I actually like the artwork on those walls too, much like Joan Miro' art. He was Spanish. Bet you didn't know that guys born in the late 1800s could be so cool eh? ;-) For me, it would be attractive to look at those designs from your window. Beautiful location. You're going to have a great time there. I just know it.

The water machines are awesome in Thailand.. They use reverse osmosis for filtration and they are CHEAP

Vegetable Police So the shitty view, worthless gym/pool. Tiny balcony , and zero bedroom works because induction cooker? Those are cheap as heck to buy and take no room to move. Just toss in a bag and off you go.
