I see your a trader...@CozmikTrainingacademy
She is so adorable. I want to hug her 😂
Honestly for $200 I would move there with $2400 in hand and pay rent for the year upfront. Great video. Take heed to ideas coming from comments. Please keep this young lady as the spokeslady for this chan
They would discount u at least 400 I would pay $1000 twice for 6 months
Utilities etc is like 5000 us total
@@neilbennett2106 you are saying util is $5000 that cannot be right
@@camaro02dk Utilities for a house are almost always cheaper. I imagine you'd pay around 1500 baht per month for water and hydro if you use the air cond often. That's about $45 bucks a month or $540 a year.
She is such a sweetheart. I hope her business does very well.
3:04 Best Part!
I love the way you present the property
Going into every little detail
With joy
And you're just beautiful
Huge Fridge comment was hilarious :)
However $200 is insanely cheap
Nice video - well done !!
Good luck with your new business venture 🤞🏼. I’m sure you will do really well.
Smart idea for this channel ^^ Lots of demand there for sure! I lived in Hua Hin a few months ago for 4 months, great place! peace from MukDaHan.
Looks good. A map reference would be helpful, or some mention of how far to Hua Hin landmarks.
Thank you for the feedback. We will take this into consideration. 😊
I'd like to know the location. The first 3 rules of real estate;
1)location
2) location
3) location
All of which you can find yourself by doing a search. The lady is selling house not a tourist guide or agent.
@@bravefart1000 People reasonably want to know what part of Hua Hin the property is in. How exactly would you find the location, from what's presented in the video? What would you search for? She says it's in Hua Hin, that's all. People are simply suggesting that location is an essential piece of information that she could provide, in order for viewers to decide if it's worth considering. And judging from the other videos from Farang Homes, the lady is in fact an agent.
@@billytheweasel It's going to be a way out. That's the trade off. For a lot of retired folk the quiet is worth 20 minutes on a scooter.
Amazing good value for money with just $200 a month for this house, amazing! 👌👌🎉🎉🍾🍾 Thank you for a very good show, i really like the way you are presenting this 🤩🤩
You are perfect for this work. A beautiful smile and pleasant speaking voice along with being upbeat, positive and a sparkling aura. I may have to visit and live in Thailand someday. Cheers to you ! Kyle - Los Angeles
Simp
Not bad! Very attractive neighborhood and nice size bathrooms.
It's cute. not too much privacy btwn homes, but I suppose it's a step above being in a building where you're literally right next to your neighbor. Thanks for sharing your place with us, Gim!
Nice house, I love Hua Hin as well.
Another great vid super info many thanks
Thanks good info
Lovely home...I enjoy HH very much.
These videos are “really good” 😊
Wow. That is a great deal. I plan on visiting Thailand and staying for at least 3 months and eventually staying on a retirement visa. It would be helpful you could give the exact location and it's proximity to the beach and the main area's of Hua Hin.
Super deal. I can't wait to retire. Good job.
I'm glad you found you. I will be relocating next year to Thailand. My lady and will be looking for a place to call home.
I will he in touch🙏😘🇹🇭
Great presentation
beautiful !!! and the house is nice too ;)
Simp
Wowee I can’t remember what was for rent after following her around, future wife material 😘😘
Looks very good place to retire...
Another afford able rental very nice price
I am a few years away from hopefully moving there. Love the videos, thanks.
You're on Tradingview, I like it.
Great video, vert nice house .
Thanks for sharing 👍
Real estate agent is adorable...
Do we have a Google maps link to the location of this House? Please post that.
I'm interested in it. How far is it from the beach and from the shops?
Exllent value for money 😊
Hey that was tradingview on the laptop. nice!
So it will be up for sale, but until then it is available for rent? Month to month or for a specific period of time?
About 2 minutes and 15 seconds in is when a thousand hearts break
Great price 🇺🇸
Thank you.
She showed the selling price as 2.3 million baht. I would guess the 7 k baht/month is a mortgage payment after some down payment. In any case, the 2.3 million price is not too bad. I think it will be far from the city.
Yes - 7k a month is not the current rental pricing ( it’s more like 15 to 20k a month )
I love Thailand
You are a great tour guide, young lady! My only question is whether or not the price for something like this would be the same for a Farang? I only ask because this is obviously your home, and, at $200USD per month, it seems too good to be true! Really appreciate your channel, keep bringing us homes for rent, as many Westerners don't want to purchase a home!
@@r3furbish3dbrain12 airlines use that trick as well.
May I ask please how far from the ocean are these lovely homes?
Very nice. A lot for the money.
I'm interested from 15 October. can I have information on how to meet and rent a house? thank you
Very nice and the house ain't half bad either.
That’s an amazing price how for to town centre or the beach?
Hello. I plan to come in May this year and would like to rent a house like this one. Can you please put me on your list for a vacancy around that time.
Lynn Brooks.
refrigelator, so cute 😊😂
Suey mak and the house is ok too 🌹
I’m in love 😂
I’m moving!
Dropping in the " B " word B4 the phone calls start is probably a good move . Well done
There’s a lot of chilling going on
What is the situation with schools and international schools in hua him? I would love to relocate with my family.
Im interessted, but it something a bit bigger. But the Area is good.
Hua Hin is a beautiful place. I lived there for one month in 2016 before moving to Bangkok to teach English. Some day, I will visit Hua Hin again. I really liked it there, and I enjoyed watching your video, too.
Nice house. All countries should abolish visas to allow people to live overseas more freely.
Assports are sufficient.
Nice House, I'm interested.!
@Intel Core Yes.
How about utilities? Electricity? Water? Sewage? Trash?
Do u allow 2-3 month rent or do I have to rent long term please
Very nice
Interesting is this still available for long term rent
Amazing price to the size of the house especially in Hua hin . I would of normally thought around 15.000bht per month
Are these home still available? I think this is in China town village 1
sad to hear that you have a boyfriend, haha. Nice looking house, and good job displaying it
Always get a signed agreement never ever hand money over in advance of moving in go through an agent get someone to look over the contract the length its for
where is the location of the house
Cool!
Hi is this near the beach i arrive tomorrow
Longtime or shorttime? Can I rent 1 month?
Location - how far to markets? How far to nearest schools? How far to hospitals? How far to larger cities? These things matter in comparing the price with comparable properties. I know you're not a tour guide but these are real selling points in real estate sales.
That's the great thing about Google maps .. you can check on the things which are important to you..
@@camelotenglishtuition6394 And tell me how exactly I find out the address or GPS coordinates to Google it?
@@camelotenglishtuition6394its important for everyone.
Google maps is your friend...tells u more than anyone could tell you
I totally agree I'd like to have the same information and how close to the beach they are. It doesn't matter how cheap and cute they are if nothing is close by. And for all the people saying Google maps is your friend if you think it's that easy to find the answers by all means enlighten us with your wisdom.
Is it completely 200$ per month?
Its nice
nice price for what you get
I am interested.
Bonjour 👋 je suis intéressé pour une maison dans ce quartier ! Comment pour vous contacter ?
The kitchen is a little too small The layout of the house looks great with 3 bathrooms and a parking garage . With built in cabinets top and bottom.
Where in Hua Hin ?
You say you put a closet in front of the entrance door in the kitchen - see 2:45. This is not a good idea. Every house needs a minimum 2 exit doors in order to get out in case of fire, etc. This is why the house you show has 2 entrance/exit doors. Your life is more important than putting a closet blocking the exit door.
HOW DO I RENT?
5555 I cracked up when you said "This is the big one (fridge)." That's a dorm refrigerator in America! 😂 Wow. Thai lady watching the morning news! You're one in a million.
Yes we know everything is bigger in America than anywhere else in the world I am pretty sure the fridge is ample enough in size for Thais because their fridges are not full of crap that Westerners drink or eat and let's not forget to mention the cost of filling a Westerners double door fridge and also the power bill.
@@bravefart1000 well said you are 100% correct
Yes Yes in America they live in a refrigerator those Vagrants
@@bravefart1000 I agree with you 100 percent!
There's a great correlation between the size of the Thai people's refrigerator's and the size of the Thai people!
Like they say, you are what you eat and that definitely includes what you put in those huge refrigerator's!
That fridge was bigger than the dorm fridge in the US though. Watch it again -- it had a much larger freezer space. Dorm fridge does not have that
Is this house still available or similar one?
I want to move to Hua Hin
Is it still 200 dollars ??? I wanna move there how can I contact u?
Like very much
I am interested
อยู่ตรงไหนของหัวหินครับ และค่านำ้ค่าไฟเท่าไหร่ และต้องจ่ายค่าส่วนกลางอีกไหมครับ😊
ใช่. ที่ไหนในหัวหิน?
Can you send me the Location for this Huos please
Can i rent it for 1 month?
Where is this please?
I like the open concept but where is the other door to the house?
Hidden behind the cupboard next to the sink, right in front of the fusebox! Ace!
What is the name of the village/community?
China Town ka 😊
@@faranghomes thanks, any homes available for rent?
I don't believe its only that much. How is the internet? And how is the noise pollution there?
Coffee, no hay casa?
I tried to contact them very often but never got an answer...
👌👌👌
Would I need a car or a motor-bike or is there public transportation close by?
Public transport in Thailand?
Only in bangkok is that a thing
Nice 👍 how far is this from hua hin beach?

@@billytheweasel I guess at least 15 mins drive from the coast for this price. But yeah it’s strange how they don’t give you any idea where it is 🤦🏻♂️ I’ve found this the case on Facebook also, you have to message and ask where the property is.
@@cryptokev1 I've tried to get agents to take a deposit and they don't even reply. I've rented out real estate since 1983 and as an owner, I'd be furiously firing all of them.
Does this include the, "gym"? Thank you.
