Couple of things to add to be safe: Place the battery where normally people will not be present for longer time to avoid inhalation of gas from the battery(especially the flooded ones)(I saw in the video that the batteries are placed in a common area). Another thing is to avoid sparks near the battery, including loose contacts in switches nearby or cutting/grinding near the battery area. Use an exhaust fan to remove the excess concentration of hydrogen due to gassing in battery which may trigger an explosion.

But (I am senior by 4 years of offgrid) make off grid and separate line have to be use and use 12 volt bulbs 12volt TV ,ironbox, fan, water pump, mixer, coffee maker like rice cooker are available (and I am using) in market. To minimize battery experience use Hydroelectricity with pelton turbine generator (pump water in day with excess electricity and drawback Power by generator in night or whenever required) total cost cost within 4000/- lifelong don't use ups it effects battery. Unlimited storage of power.
@@mpmuneer1838 it is just like the same water system we are using now, sump -water pump (use 12 volt spry pump to lift water) - one line for house use+one line for pelton wheel and it drains water to same sump. Small hydrogenarator are available in Amazon and in flipkart and are small. Use pelton wheel ( don't use other type of wheel) with car alternator.

Also I would recommend using Exide solatubular model, as that will be tall tubular and will last longer especially with frequent deep discharge solar operations.

But (I am senior by 4 years of offgrid) make off grid and separate line have to be use and use 12 volt bulbs 12volt TV ,ironbox, fan, water pump, mixer, coffee maker like rice cooker are available (and I am using) in market. @@mpmuneer1838 it is just like the same water system we are using now, sump -water pump (use 12 volt spry pump to lift water) - one line for house use+one line for pelton wheel and it drains water to same sump. Small hydrogenarator are available in Amazon and in flipkart and are small. Use pelton wheel ( don't use other type of wheel) with car alternator.
