Good morning.very nice ur recipe and quick easy.I have make it cooking it this week with other woman recipe but very similar to our and came very nice.if u have home thickly cut chicken pieces cooking need little more in sauce alone and when softer add the mushrooms and spinach.

Season well with salt and pepper. Reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons flour. Dredged chicken into flour, shaking off the excess. Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and sear chicken. Cook until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Melt butter and add a little bit of oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in chicken broth and half & half or heavy cream. Stir in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 2 minutes over medium low heat. Add spinach and stir until just wilted. Return chicken back to the pan and remove from heat.

Awesome dish! We absolutely loved it. A little thick so I will use H & H next time instead of whole cream. The lemon juice was a great addition.
