Great topic
He glazing. Ain’t no way Gil better than Steve Nash. And Gil was cold.
Carmelo got nearly 30k points how the Fck he not on the list
3 of the 2000's in the top 10 of all time? Shaq, Kobe and Tim .. and they still went with the 2010's... the bias is crazy lol...
If we’re doing no positions:
AI, Kobe, McGrady, KG, Shaq for 2000
You out of your mind if you don't have Timmy D in there, especially over fking KG bro.
@AhmadKhan-xz9ss Tim Duncan has 2 Finals MVPs and 2 League MVPs and made every All-Star game, yet people think Duncan is a question mark.
@@tankster937 forget about the accolades, he not only gave everyone the business, HOFs call him the GOAT of all 4s. KG was a dog, but Duncan is what you emulated your game after. To not even include him and put KG, Mcgrady, and even AI over him is a fking travesty. All 3 had a significant impact on the game, but Duncan did it for far longer than all of em.
@AhmadKhan-xz9ss My biggest problem when people talk about [him] is that they relegate Duncan to just a PF. There was NOTHING he couldn't do.
And let's say this: Tony Parker has 3 rings and a Finals MVP during the 2000s. How is he not on any list?

Sooo where is Joe Johnson 7x Allstar 1 of 16 players in nba history with 20k points 5k rebounds 5k assists not on either of those lists and where is Shawn Marion 4x all star 2x all Nba and in 2014 He became The first Player in NBA with 15000 points 10,000 rebounds 1k blocks 500 3 pointers made and played defense.
Gill said Ray Allen was not like that BOAAAA knock it off church.
They don't make it. Listing stats isn't an argument bruh. Their accomplishments do not exceed those on the list. Get your debate weight up.
@CinqueMalcolm If you say so Buddy 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I agree Joe Johnson was like that a real underrated star who balled out quietly
THE DERRICK ROSE DISRESPECT IS FUCKING ATROCIOUS
It’s a fix mu fkkkas say CP3 like what and when was he the best
Gil said Ray wasn't like that lol 🤣🤣🤣
He should never talk ball ever again.
@@EastsideCrazy I agree
Let's make this convo viral
Iverson vs Curry
Curry is the overall better player but Ai would cook him 1on1
@@pegobrown9204they both have to play defense everybody just looking at AI getting the ball first if Curry get it first AI ain’t getting it that simple. AI can’t shoot like that bro he looked good for the era he was in but Bron shoots the 3 at a better percentage than AI do.
I'm game I'm taking iverson, because of defense
If I'm watching for entertainment I'm routing for curry
Was iverson doubled at half court
@@sjwilliams5883Curry can't guard ai, ai doesn't and wouldn't settle for a jump shot
Dwyane Wade led the Heat to the Playoffs in his rookie years, swept Arenas’ team the next year on the way to the Conference finals, then won a title the next season. What is Gil talking about?

This is why you can’t just have players doing this shit, they were so focused on themselves they don’t know who was doing what…Kawhi won to FMVPs during that time and Gil would take him off? Steve Nash was killing during the 2000s on both Mavs and Suns…The 2010s list is pretty bad and the 2000s list has a few that shouldn’t have made it
No DRose? Wow
No Derrick rose for the 2010s decade is crazy
He Got hurt early.
Gilbert over Nash is tough, Gilbert better offensive but Nash was a better team player and got everyone involved
Go position by position, and you'll see the depth with players that could give you buckets. 2000s PF position might be the deepest and strongest as far as needing to lace up every night.
2000s had the best pf forsure but 2010s washing with guards and forwards
@2nifty201 I agree. It's a product of the increase in skill across all positions and improved individual scoring. I do feel like 2000s had better two way players though
Manu and Tony being honorable mentions with 4 rings a piece is hilarious Lol
Some guards were best players on their teams.
Just because you were on a championship team doesn’t mean you’re better than a player who could be better than you but wasn’t fortunate enough to be on a great team.
Tim Duncan, Shaq, Lebron, Kobe, A.I. in 2000 is unstoppable
Derrick rose 2 years are better than Gil’s whole career foh lol
I know we love to clown Gil but why lie? I think you forgetting that Gil was actually nice. Dude averaged damn near 30 in the mid 2000’s for 2 straight seasons and over 25 for 3 straight. Dropped 60 on Kobe.
T Mac on the third team is insane.
He never won a playoff series and he was injury prone
@@orangejuice20133 T-Mac played in the finals as a bench-player for the Spurs.
And he had good 7 season peak in the 00's. That's more than LeBron. Having no small forward in the first team is stupid, and it should be either T-Mac or LeBron.
@@penkima4923 LeBron has 2 mvps and made the finals by himself that alone makes him clear of tmac. Also with the spurs tmac was only playing garbage minutes and that was in the 2010’s 😂

AI even agreed Steph is better. McCants is passionately wrong.
Also takes mates and scorers over better players
Gil broke this one down perfectly
That’s not even a DEBATE ‼️‼️. With TIM DUNCAN AND SHAQQQ ALONE this Debate is Over!!! To of the Best Big men EVER‼️‼️
I said 2010s when the question was asked… as soon as they put up the 200s list i grunted and said “ooohhhh shit”
The young Ray Allen for the bucks back when he got drafted he was nice
I think 2000s was the apex of basketball. The best players weren't really teamed up. West was stacked just like today. East was trash first few years but started to gain traction in the middle of the decade with Miami, Boston and Orlando joining the party Detroit had been having for themselves. A team like Utah with no super star won 48-53 games a year. Imagine Utah now winning that many games.
Tony Parker should be on 2000's list.
Both lists are terrible but Rashad be cooking Gil and B Jennings debate wise
The disrespect to Kawhi is unreal
2010s
Curry, Irving, Dame
Harden, Westbrook, Klay
Lebron, Kawhi, Derozan
Kevin Durant, Giannis, Paul George
Anthony Davis, Aldridge, Griffin
Comparing AI to Steph is outrageous. The Steph disrespect is something else.
Steph shoots better than AI hands down but Iverson all around game in and out is better.
Asking is Iverson better than Westbrook is crazy 😂 respect to Westbrook but stop it
You guys are making this more difficult then it need be .
man i know imma get flack but I think they should take bean off 3rd team 2010s after 2012-2013 kobe was essentially done tore his achilles i think there’s other guys in that era who deserve over bean. For the 2010s
McCants is right and Gil broke it down to the science...A.I. would kill in this era...compare to Steph playing in A I. era he would be a solid player but I don't think Curry body could sustained the punishment or took the physicality of the game like A.I did. A.I was a pitbull with the ball in his hand. He keeps on coming at you 10 out of 10 times without even thinking about it. Only thing A.I was lacking was height. At one point A.I was the best player in the league amongst his peers back in 00-03.🏀
